Excellent place to stay for a short rest in the Karkonosze Mountains. Very convenient location – we got a room with an awesome view. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and the owner (I suppose) was very friendly and helpful. There’s a local shop in the same building – it was extremely convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

No such thing existed. Everything was great and we truly recommend this place.

Self check-in, breakfast was nice

Breakfast lovely, room nice and clean. Although the hotel is situated in an awkward spot (in between a grocery shop and kebab shop), it has nice views.

The room is missing a rubbish bin (small one in bathroom is not big enough to our opinion), a kettle for a coffee in the morning would be nice and some chairs to sit on on the balcony would also been much appreciated. Not a lot of car parking space either.

Breakfast scores among the worst in 40 years traveling. Code for check-in came late, hotel did not respond to email, messages and phone. Room very basic, little folding chairs for balcony hidden in wardrobe and hardly suited to sit (and I am leightweight). No parking space. Not clear on what name "Sport Hotel" is based: no fitness space or any other space linked to sport available. It is not a hotel, it are rooms with a robot for check-in and other communications (but did not answeR).

The breakfast was more than ample. It lacked the hot food most hotels serve now. But the selection of cold food was excellent. The room was inviting, nice little balcony and a decent size as was the bathroom. The female who organised breakfast was really very polite, professional friendly. Excellent customer service

Unfortunately the owner was quite abrupt. We arrived in the area and asked for directions as the post code covers a wide area. Note there is another Hotel Sport, which is closed down, make sure you look for Hotel sports POMI if you decide to go there. The owner said we were early and we should look at the instructions on the booking (which did not help us find it!). We were entitled to arrive in Harrachov early!!!!! We were not bothered about checking in, we just wanted to know where it was and then go for a meal before checking in. The Sauna and Hot tub were not working which is part of the reason you may choose to stay at a hotel for. We left early morning and the day before (given it was not hot food) we asked if he could make us a packed breakfast instead. He abruptly refused. Other local pensions and hotels we went to during our stay, said they would have provided a packed lunch, In hotels we have stayed over in many parts of various countries they have done so. Just a bit of meat, cheese slice, bread and an apple or oranges. If you deal with the young lady, she is fine and respetcful, quite a contrast to the owner.
