Beautiful location. The hotel is convenient and the breakfast is nice, as well as the indoor pool and sauna. A good choice for families.

No eating option at the hotel or anywhere in town after 10pm, so if you check in late, make sure you bring something with you :)

Decent hotel in great location practically next to the ski lift, accommodation was OK (I did not expect much from a 3* hotel), great staff, very nice, few annoying things, that should be easily amended by the management. Anyway, good things: great location, especially if you want to ski, decent rooms, genuinely nice staff, good wellness incl. great finish sauna with cold water pool in front of it.

Food quality was a rollercoaster, but even at its best, it was mediocre (and so expensive), (I think) the hotel was half full, but parking was full anyway, TV on the room the size of postage stamp, you only get hand towel when going to wellness, so mostly just little things, and could be rather easily improved.

The hotel has got sauna, whirlpools, swimming pool, kids corner and a lot of hangout places. Staff was nice and helpful where possible.

What really ruins the experience was food. Half board was basically two basic dishes (eg. spaghetti bolognese, rice and chicken) and rest (salads, desserts) was very low in standard. They were open for two days after reconstruction but not sure if this improves over time.

The location is easy to find. There is ski rental shop next to the reception.

The restautant is decent. The dinner was almost similar to the breakfast and is from 18.00 to 20.00h The rooms are very old fashioned, however warm and temperature was absolute not a question.

I liked nature around.

Didn’t like toilet (basically without door) and bathroom. No windows for room. TV very small size.

The location is good for skiing as the slope is just outside the hotel.

Genrally it was a poor exprince. The rooms are super basic, not on a 3-star level, there was even no shower gel/shampoo in our basic shower room The dining room and the food are super basic, not on a 3-star level, you can see there are no Buffet photos in the ad for the hotel The parking price is for some reason advertised without an extra VAT one needs to pay The guys at the hotel's ski rental have made twice a mistake that was supposed to charge us triple the money, they also made a "mistake" with the lady in front of us, also a mistake that was supposed to charge more from her In the reception, when we asked to cancel our dinners in the hotel as they were poor, we got the answer " you can cancel your dinner, but you will not get your money back" Overall, it felt like a youth hostel, not a 3-star hotel.
