If you're looking for some quiet time then beware: hotel is very family-friendly, which is great except when it hosts polish families which are: NOISY, DISRESPECTFUL and DIRTY. Maybe travel outside the hot season? The place is worth it!

The whole hotel was cleaned, calm, very modern. We loved the breakfast where you can find eggs, sausages, usually another eggs or mushrooms, pastry, fruits, vegetables, some sweet cakes, croissants, musli, pancakes, and so on!

In my opinion when you stay at hotel in the middle of nowhere, there shouldn’t be parking fee.

We liked location ( in the middle of nature) with possibility to start hiking from the door . Food was perfect ( we had ala carte - yes maybe if someone is here more than 4 days he will think what to order) . Breakfast was rich and very good.

In bathrooms on the floor - maybe a little mold ?

+in the middle of mountains,good breakfast and restaurant,clean,comfy,english speaking reception,parking -wifi not stable in rooms and extra fee for parking(how to reach the hotel else?)

Pool and spa installations were impressive, food delicious.

Location is a bit remote if you plan to go to Karpacz or Szklarska Poręba ski resorts.

Nothing special.

Very good location, close to the main road which can be convenient or disturbing depending on your needs. Very nice swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. I also had a full body massage, which was at additional cost. Very good breakfast, but not much choice for vegetarians, so I would advice to let them know in advance if you do not eat meat. We were recommend by reception staff a wonderful walk to the old quarry and that was one of the best walks we had during our holidays.

One large towel per person isn't enough in my opinion! Hand towel should be available. Also, I think bathrobes should be available in hotel rooms for SPA use without additional charge. Hotel restaurant was taking last orders by 8pm. Last drinks were served at 9pm. We asked for a coffee after our dinner at around 9pm and we were refused as coffee machine was already cleaned up. There was no shop open in the nearest area.

Good location near the xc-skiing tracks, nice hotel, good for kids (playground, toys for kids), good restaurant, fitness, pool

A lot of room in the apartment. Good breakfast. Close to nature.

A little noisy from the near road.

Everything is in one place! Very beautiful and modern hotel, it has restaurant with good menu, pool and jacuzzi, spa with massages and other procedures and gym. You also can take a bike (electro bikes as well) and ride to mountains. In the evening, if weather is good, hotel offers a compliment with sausages which you can cook on fire on backyard. Breakfast will meet all requests! And personal is very helpful!
