We stayed for two nights in this hotel. Location was great, near from the bus, in the center close to the restaurants and close to the trails. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable, enough space to unpack your clothes, bathroom is big and nice. Kettle and coffee/tea was very appreciated. Breakfast was good - nothing spectacular, but very good to start your day

Only improvement can be sockets near bed, we had issues to charge two phones, we charged one in the bathroom.

Rooms large, spacious and well-equipped. Great breakfasts - huge selection, everything fresh. Good restaurant downstairs. The hotel is very quiet - you don't hear other guests. A plus for access to the sauna and a balcony in the room.

Hotel in the center of the town, so you have to expect noise from the street from the morning (with open windows). Cleanliness - especially the carpet in the room - needs improvement

The best thing about this hotel was definitely the location, right at the center and very well connected to hiking trails. The hotel was very clean, very good wellness facilities and good breakfast.

The only weird thing to me was that it was advertised 60-min wellness free, but getting there we got to know that was only for guests staying minimum 2 nights, which was not very clear.

Great location, one hour of wellness free for hotel guests, discount 10% on dinner at hotel restaurant, quick check in and check out. Clean, pleasant and quiet.

No complimentary coffee or tea, free wellness was offered only upon request - wouldn't have known about it otherwise. No lift.

Best value for money. Hotel in the center of everything. Nicole the recepsionist is amazing and always wants to help with everything we asked. Breakfast is superb, and the employees are super friendly and nice. Spa and sauna is great!! Loved it.

Massage at the hotel wasnt good

For the price, the room was perfect, not too small and tidy. When we were staying the weather was around 18-20°C, so it was comfortable to sleep, might be different if it would have been hot days. The location is in the center of the town therefore restaurants, bike rentals and shop is one or two minutes away. Hotel offer very nice SPA, perfect relaxation after hiking or biking. We could go to the breakfast with our dog, so that was very nice, the breakfast are quite simple, but good enough to start a day. In our room the WiFi was fast enough to be conformable.

Nothing what could be a deal breaker. There is no lift, so might be troublesome for someone.

Nice rooms, with small table and chairs, too, clean In centre of Špindlerův Mlýn, small ski resort. The spa was great! Great breakfast, too.

We were there in May, not busy at all, but ski lift( for hiking) was closed unfortunately.

The staff was amazing and they offered us the spa facilities in the first day we came in, it was delightful. The location is amazing just few hundred meters away from the main bus station and right in the main square. Nice view from the small balcony as well

Since its right in the main square, it can get a bit noisy at night. There are no air-conditioning in the room, but if you crack the balcony door open a bit it gets quite breezy even in summer. The restaurant in the hotel only have daily menu and when we went there were no chicken options, the rest of the items were not too appetising for us.

Near the city center where you can find a lot of places to eat, good breakfast.

Very thin walls, you can hear how neighbors walking. But place was quite calm so it wasn't a big issue.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast, bathroom, wellness zone, parking, location. Staff was very friendly and good sense of humor.
