Lovely view and a extremly comfortable bed for sleeping only. There was even a nice couch in our room - which was a nice bonus. The room itself was very well setup. Not mention the lovely sheets and pillows.

The lock was on backwards on the bathroom door, you could only lock it from the outside. Also the bathroom was poorly set up for such a lavish hotel - there was a very annoying echo in the due to it. Also the hangers in there were not so easy to use. It got very hot in the room, while we were sleepin, but was probaly due to the heatwave - for those reasons I'd recommend adding some air nets to the balcony door or at least the windows

the hotel was clean and modern, very pleasant to stay at and beds were very comfortable. the view from our window was truly the most wonderful view in Spindleruv Mlyn. don't get the balcony rooms, trees are blocking the view. all staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful.

we really did not enjoy our experience at the "lobby bar" it has interior and menu from the 90s and prices like in the centre of prague, but for bad quality drinks. the staff in the bar was unfriendly and unproffesional compared to all the other wonderful staff. hotel was seriously lacking in good coffee and vegan food and vegan milk option. vegetarian options were good, but if you're allergic to milk, you will suffer.

Nice little hotel. The staff is friendly and very well organized. We liked the food. The chef was always there to greet the guests. The room and bathroom were clean, probably recently renovated. An extra bed for our child was a normal sized bed,which we loved. The room for 3 has a decent size. Prices for all the services are reasonable. We enjoyed our stay.

The bed was comfortable but the pillowcases were too soft..We couldn't figure out how the heating works. It did not work in the afternoon (to dry our ski gloves) and during the night was too warm in the room. Most of the staff don't speak good English. They are polite and try their best. The pool is not big, the water is 27C. Wellness area ok.

Great hotel and friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious, although the dishes were the same every day. At check-in we asked for a change of room, the request was honoured! The rooms are clean.

The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was the heating) It was very hot at night and we couldn't turn the temperature down on our own. We had to take out the key card and switch off the lights in the room, then the battery stopped working)

-Nice hotel with big, high floor rooms and new furniture. - I didn't see anithing old in the hotel (contrary to many other reviews) - lots of parking place - Wellness zone is very nice. - Breakfast was also nice with all standard options, maybe even better than standard 3-star hotels breakfasts. - Ski-bus stops close.It runs like once in a hour. - Nice view from the room and balkony - as other reviews tell, it is not so easy walk to the city, but it is realy nice view from rooms and we liked the location - solid price/quality ratio

-Some stupid bookshelf above bed - ideal for kicking with head many times - first night dinner was ok, but second night only two options from the same animal source. I would expect al least two meat kinds. Also something from fish or vegetarian would be nice.

The staff speaks mostly Czech and German, so beware of that. One of the reception ladies wasn't the nicest but not rude

I had a great time in this hotel, I enjoyed all my moments here. The breakfast was great, wellness is great and all the services are great as well.
