The hotel is very well located right in the center of Špindlerův Mlýn, with great connections to all nearby hiking trails. The staff was very nice and offered their guests free water and a snack when leaving the hotel for the day. They even prepared birthday decorations for us upon our arrival, which was a very sweet surprise. The room was also very spacious, clean and comfortable.

The wellness area was much smaller than we expected, consisting of one sauna and a relaxation zone. This was a bit of a disappointment for us but it definitely didn't spoil the stay.

We had a wonderful short stay at Hotel Savoy with our small family (myself, my husband, our baby and our dog). We loved the warm welcome in the way of personalised messages and gifts for our baby and also a blanket / blowls and treats for our pet. The restaurant is amazing and we loved the breakfast buffet as well as enjoyed a tasty a la carte dinner (our waitress was lovely)!

The facility is a bit dated, particularly the room furniture / carpet and the kids room in the basement. The facility in the spa is very limited to sauna, which is a shame.

The appearance from the outside feels somewhat like a village , but as soon as you enter the surprise is perfect. The hotel feels very luxurious and modern. Our room, 30 square meters of beauty, pleasure and indulgence. Starting with the huge and cozy bed through a great shower room equipped with quality soaps and shampoo. The dining room is beautiful and the breakfast is huge in variety in taste and quality of products. The staff was smiling, helpful and pleasant and deserves all the compliments. The place is fabulous .. it was like heaven .. it is a bit away of city but that exactly what i was looking for. The staff is very nice they did all efforts to make us happy. The hotel is very clean. There is a small play earea for kids that my kids enjoyed alot. Restaurant food is good. I would definitely visit it again and recommend it to my friends

The staff was not that experienced sometimes they did not have answers to our questions however they were very very nice and tried their best to help us.

Wonderful and caring staff, perfect location of the hotel, it's clear that the management pays a lot of attention to details, making the guests' stay ideal. The breakfasts are abundant with a variety of food for every taste, and the hotel restaurant is delicious. A great place to spend weekends with family and friends.

The best thing about this hotel is its staff! Professional, pleasant, make you feel very welcomed! They speak Czech, German, English and maybe more! Nothing is a problem for them whether it is in restaurant, room, wellness or the valet. Location is excellent, stylish décor with Hollywood theme, rooms clean & new, packed with snacks and drinks (for extra fee). It has the best shower and bed we experienced in Czech hotels so far. Restaurant is cozy, outdoor seating wonderful, fun menu with many light meals. Great wine selection, Hennessey bar.

Breakfast was good, but simple, one would expect more fruits and pastry. On Sunday morning before 7am very noisy young children were running down the hallway back and forth for good amount of time. It woke us up. I would not expect this kind of guests at hotel of this class.

The exeprience is one of the best from the moment you enter the lobby till the moment you depart. Friendly and nice people. Rooms are spacious and comfy with all the accessories you need (even a wireless speaker to hook to your phone for some music). Breakfast are ver good with lots of choices and even gluten free options - champagne is also served at the breakfast buffet. Dinners are not worse and you can tell that the chef is of top shelf - simply the food is experience of its own. At the bar you get a very good selection of single malt whiskeys - even the rare ones.

There was no control of heating in the room so we had to sleep with open window to lower the temperature.
