The hotel offers wide range of activities to do, golf simulation, table tennis etc etc, for most you need to pay, but the core price for the stay was lower than other **** hotels. They also have their own animator girl (Dory) who was always fun to be around and kept guests who wanted occupied with entertainment. Breakfast was amazing, and at the time of our check out - we mentioned one problem we had during our stay. Adam at the reception took initiative and called the director Mr Fulín and we were touched how much they cared to solve our problem. We left with the impression they care about their clients satisfaction.

I can’t agree with the dinner not having included water nor any drink in the price. Also filtered water welcoming you at the room would be appropriate. Also we didn’t feel 100% welcomed at first when we arrived (we looked like hikers).

the prices of food in the a la carte restaurant were not adequate to the amount of food and quality - very expensive for little portions - could definitely be more reasonable, given that the hotel is remote and you have to eat there if you don't want to go by car to town. the other option of a half pension was also expensive compare to the a la carte. also the Martini was diluted with water - cheap trick for such a place baby pool could do with some maintenance as most of the water activities did not work and could have some toys

High-level ski hotel. Well managed—you can see it in every small detail. Excellent and varied breakfast, friendly staff, and direct, convenient access to skiing!

This is not a complaint, but rather a note for those who should know in advance that there is a separate charge for the spa, pool, and parking. I knew this beforehand, so I wasn’t surprised. Additionally, the mattress is a spring mattress, which personally I find less comfortable, but it might be fine for others.

The location was just superb and we enjoyed the view every morning! The family room was as described and so were the facilities! Kids friendly - loved the bouldering room and the playrooms for the kids. The bunker exhibition was nice as well.

Some parts of the rooms were run down a bit and could use some overhauling. Construction was ging on and if you stayed there the whole day , it could be annoying!

Definitely didn't like you have to pay for everything. Pool 200kc for 2 hours should be for all day! Sometimes child doesn't want to stay 2 hours ( paying every 2 hours for pool not good. You should not have to pay for sauna and gym My option should be more flexible for customers. Staff should get pay rise for work they do and to motivate them!!

Very spacious rooms with very clean and modern bathroom. Choice of pillows. Great breakfast and dinner options. Wonderful spa. The option for getting Sleds at the hotel was great. Beautiful location.

We had no coffee in the room. The room design (except for the bathroom) is a bit dated. Some staff members weren't too friendly or happy to help. The heating is not controlled from the room - need to contact the reception to adjust it.

When booking, I used filters like parking, spa, queen bed, and gym to narrow down my choices. I got this Harmony Hotel. In reality, a queen bed is two single beds pulled together without even a bridge and cover. The gym, spa, and parking were at extra cost. Simply, what is the point of having filters and getting a hotel of your choice at a competitive price when, on the spot, you have to pay extra for all the conveniences that were your preference?

The location is absolutely stunning—peacefully surrounded by the sounds of nature and just a short walk from beautiful trekking paths. A perfect spot for nature lovers and hikers alike.

While the overall experience was positive, I found the parking fee to be quite high and not entirely justified. It would be great if this cost were more reasonable or included in the stay.

The name of the hotel fully reflects the concept and condition that arises during a stay at the hotel. The location is wonderful - among the mountains and nature, and at the same time all the necessary infrastructure is nearby. The staff is friendly, professional. I would especially like to note the breakfasts and dinners at the Classico restaurant - the team works great! There is parking, laundry service. The ski pass for the lift up to the mountains was included in the price of the room. The spa area is wonderful, especially the Sauna World (2 hours free access per day included in the price). No air conditioning in the room, no mosquito net on the balcony, uncomfortable pillows

We enjoyed much our stay at Harmony. Everything was great, from the nice decorated and spacious rooms, to all the facilities and amenities the hotel offers. We had two rooms next to each other, for a family of two adults and two teenage kids plus our dog. The staff are super friendly and provide gladly of assistance when in need. The breakfast was super, very rich, for all diets needs and picky eaters. We are not picky but loved all the choices and lots of veggies, breads, sweets, eggs, cheeses, cereals and more, plus great great coffee! The swimming pool, jacuzzis, saunas in the spa are of outstanding. Very nice facilities. Great restaurant too, interesting and tasty menu choices, good wine selection. When will plan our next ski trip, this hotel will be our top choice! We will be back.
