Great location! Calm and perfect for a stay with a dog. The rooms were clean, spacious and decorated with nice taste. The breakfast was good and the staff attentive. The welcome cocktail is a nice touch.

I believe the surcharge of 30€ per dog per night is a bit over the top, especially since the info sometimes got lost and the room didn’t get cleaned every day. Same for the price for outdoor parking - would have appreciated info on public parking which is not located that far. There were several misunderstandings as for the working hours of the relaxation zone - maybe it would be easier just to put up a sign for the working hours at the reception? Some non alcoholic cocktail options would be nice in the bar menu. Our room had a leftover smell of cold tobacco that seemed to be due to ventilation from below.

Clean hotel and rooms, good smell around all hotel, lobby, rooms spa, just very pleasant! Comfy beds and top quality linens. Location is perfect as well, central yet quiet. Surely my choice next time just some small improvements to be made

We reserved private parking for 150CZK which is reasonable, first night we managed to park, second night we parking was full both outside and inside behind the gate. We were told to park inside and block other cars or park elsewhere, which is totally not acceptable, as the whole idea of reserved parking is that a spot is only for you and is free anytime! Plus the mosquito net on windows is a must ! as there plenty of bees, flys, mosquitos flying around

I’m more than happy to share good review. We stayed there 7 days with our dog. 1.Personel: it’s the most important point of each service. All staff very friendly, smiley, professional and supportive. 2. Good quality of the service (breakfast , cleaning, rooms, sauna, restaurant …) 3. very good breakfast (wide range of choice, good quality of food) - a bit wider is on Savoy :) 4. In restaurant I only suggest more vegetarian options :) 5. Nice locations, close to forest and river Thank you !

We loved the location. Right across from the ski rental. 5 min. Walk from the middle of town, but quiet and serene. The room was amazing. Big, comfortable, nice view of the giant Christmas tree downtown. I loved that it’s a boutique hotel, not a lot of guests so it was mainly quiet. The bar was cozy, a perfect spot for reading a book by the fire with a drink. Relaxing spa area, just what you need after a day on the slopes. Friendly staff. And hands down THE best restaurant in town (and we tried a few highly recommended establishments).

The service was excellent. The spa offered a fantastic massage and sauna experience. The room is big and well-equipped. The hotel is after renovation.

Breakfast options are limited, with no lactose-free milk or yogurt available. The selection is small and remains the same every day. The shower cabin is unusual and lacks a door, making it uncomfortable.

Nice for a weekend getaway. We went in the spring so we didn’t ski but rather hiked and walked in the area. The highlight for us was the clean and spacious room, but most of all the hotel restaurant which was truly fabulous.

Fantastic hotel with SPA. Literally ski-to-door from the Medvedin ski lift (but only to return), so you will need to either walk(~1000m) or get a taxi to get to the lift first. Very good food and SPA area. Definitely kid's friendly. If you come with a car, they offer an excellent parking for a charge.

One can probably argue it is a bit pricey, comparing to other places in the area, but for the money you pay, you get really a lot.

What a gem of a hotel. It's a modern hotel in an amazing location. The room was gorgeous, comfy and chic. There is a coffee machine in the room. We also really appreciated the smart TV in the room, so we could actually watch a film, all other places we stayed in the Czech Republic only had Czech channels so it wasn't much use. The bed was so comfortable and we would go to sleep listening to the sound of the nearby river. The spa in the hotel is also lovely, we used the finnish sauna and a steam room. The breakfast included in the price was hands down the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I wish we stayed in Hotel Soyka longer.

I visited Soyka in summer, and there're several hiking trails nearby. I also noted that there's a ski lift somewhere around walking distance.

The hotel doesn't have Air Conditioning, so that might be a problem during a heat wave. I was lucky enough to stay there with not very good weather :D

It is really cozy hotel. Beautifully decorated. Food is definitely a strong point. It was delicious, both for breakfast and in the restaurant. For dinner we ate an incredibly rich and flavoursome dish. The staff was kind too. It is one of the best hotels in this district. We will come back for sure.
