We stayed at the Dependance which is a short walk to the main building. The room is nice and cosy but it would be great if they at least had some water in the room or if there would be possibility to make a coffee. I do understand these rooms are lower category and its a pitty they do not upgrade these to have higher ratings, like new beds, curtains, minibar etc. These could be then really wonderful to stay in.

We stayed at the separate building for a night, it is classic guesthouse with rooms, clean and comfortable. Though some wooden furniture needs to be taken care of, we liked the room and all facilities, it was cosy for us + those room rates are cheaper. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot! It was delicious!

It seems that it was permitted to smoke before there, or guests smoked in the rooms cause it is a separate building. We could feel the old smell in common spaces, but not to that extend that it was unbearable. We are very sensitive to it! Opened the window right away and it was fine after.

high quality hotel, very well designed rooms, access to the wellness , swimming pool and jacuzzi. Beautifull area , with some walking distance to the city. Nice quality restaurant at place. clean rooms and very kind service at the hotel and also at the restaurant. I had 2 rooms,one comfort and one delux

didnt like the way to the wellness, you have to walk accross full restaurant in bathrobe, when other have breakfast or dinner. Or you can walk by stairs outside of the hotel. Beside this everything else real great, best people at recpetion and restaurant , full engagement. !

I would a bit more improve a selection of pastry for breakfast. For instance broader selection of dark bread with carrot or pumpkin seeds would be appreciated. Also Bircher muesli would fit to this place or selection of loose teas.

Great service at the restaurant, as well as in Wellness area. Comfortable rooms, nice view from the balcony and beautiful outside spaces too. Pool, saunas and hot tub are great and open from 10AM to 10PM. Chef in Orange le Moon restaurant is amazing and can recommend getting lunch, not only breakfast.

The hotel is fantastic, located in a beautiful location. Our room was very large and comfortable, very well equipped with anything you might need after an outdoor day in snow. Very clean and intimate spa , was a pleasure. The restaurant: go, discover and enjoy by yourself.

We arrived by car for the first time during heavy snow fall. The signage to the parking lot is missing or hidden by the snow. For those who do not know the surroundings, it is very easy to get lost and turn in a different direction. The removal of the snow both in the hotel area and on the roads around the hotel is very late.

The wellness area is soothing and very relaxing. It has good spacing, so the guests don't disturb each other. The cuisine is top notch and the breakfasts were very pleasant.

At the dependance, you can hear the neighboring guests through the plasterboard.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good, not many choices though. The spa zone was incredible - big pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant.

Would be nice to have a more detailed description of different buildings of the hotel, and which rooms are in which building. And also no water coolers near saunas, you have to go to the bar and buy the water.

Staff were very helpful when there was a mistake in the room allocation. We loved the wellness room we ended up in, and the facilities in the wellness area were fantastic. Location is lovely, tucked up in the hill away from the town. We wish we stayed for longer!

Excellent breakfast and a a carte dining. Friendly and helpful staff. The Wellness area was very relaxing.

Electric car charger was very slow (6A, 15km/hour)
