The breakfast was very good and also the warm pool inside the hotel was great.

The description of the hotel was misleading. Half of the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Also, we booked a room for 2 adults and two kids. Upon arrival, we were given a room without elevator access, despite traveling with a baby. We were initially told the hotel was fully booked and that nothing could be done. However, after some persistence, they suddenly managed to find a room with elevator access. To our surprise, we were charged extra for a child sheet, even though we had already paid for both a child and a baby in our reservation. Additionally, the crib came with an additional charge of 60 zł for the stay, and we were also charged more for towels for our child. Overall, the unexpected charges and initial inconvenience left us feeling less than satisfied with our stay.

A modern hotel with a beautiful design, in a quiet area but still relatively close to the city centre. The room was well equipped and furnished. The restaurant had amazing food, but be prepared to wait about 30 minutes for your food to be ready. Also the breakfast was great with lots of different dishes. The wellness area was nice (2 indoor saunas, 1 outdoor sauna, 1 indoor hot tub and 1 outdoor hot tub), however indoor there was no quiet area to relax after the sauna.

It lacked a quiet and cool area to relax after the sauna, which was unpleasant because the wellness area is connected to the swimming pool and the air was hot and humid everywhere.

This was my second stay here and brought the wife this time. She absolutely loved the spa and the massage was excellent as well. Clean and relaxing as always. Top notch. Got a more expensive room than last time, with 2 actual rooms and a nice covered balcony - somehow I liked the previous cheaper room more, I think because this one was on the corner of the architecture so it had a bit weird layout. But all good nonetheless.

Not sure what happened that day with their chef and restaurant or whatever, but we got a piece of rubber glove in the pizza and what looked to be little pieces of sharp glass on the bottom of my wife's wine glass. Luckily, she spotted them but this could have taken a very dark turn. The waiter was professional and apologized on both discoveries. He was clearly embarassed. Obviously it's not his fault. The staff is great here. But please - do make sure that what comes on people's plates and glasses is actually edible. Thanks.

- The room was excellent. Spotlessly clean. I liked the view, there's a peaceful forest just outside. The place overall is incredibly nice and truly relaxing. There's a nice balcony from where you can oversee the poolside and the forest. - Dinner in the restaurant was extremely tasty, I would say better than the top rated restaurant in town (where I had lunch). The menu is huge, very impressive for a hotel. - Staff is great, very friendly. - Park spaces galore. The parking spots are nice as well since everything is so scenic here. - Breakfast dishes were quite creatively made. Someone enjoys their work in the kitchen, I guess. - This is a 10/10 establishment. I will be coming back here multiple times for sure.

This has nothing to do with the hotel but the road leading up to it is in quite bad shape.

Hotel was very nice and clean including possibilities of a saunas, pools and hot tubs.

We paid extra for two spa treatments. First full body massage which was nice, but second day we ordered a feet massage. That was a tragedy… the lady who did the massage definitely wasn’t a masseuse, so the experience was unprofessional and not really something you would enjoy. (She was also pretty annoyed that she even had to do that) So overall for that kind of money i would not recommend the extra spa treatments in this hotel.

We liked the attention if the personnel, their attitude to guests and their job. Big rooms with a small kitchen and balcony with a nice view, cosy bed. The pool inside has a heating so it was comfortable to swim. They have several saunas, one of them is outside and has a wonderful view on surrounding mountains. I liked the jacuzzis most) while your kid is swimming in the pool you can relax and not to loose eye contact on him. Separately must say about the restaurant. It’s quite cheap compared to what you can find in the town but the food is very good and the quality is high. The view on the mountains through panoramic windows made us visit it several times to have drinks and enjoy! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was great

Nice spacious apartment with beautiful views, only bit noisy from the jacuzzi outside in the evening. Nice balcony. Smaller size of a bed. Nice breakfast buffet. The spa is small, but clean. Water in jacuzzi is changed every morning. The swimming pool gets very full in the evening . Saunas are running only from 4pm.

Too early dinner time, very limited selection. Not worth the money we paid for the half board. Next time I would just go to restaurant and order, the dinner buffet was only selection of two meats and two side dishes, two soups and very little of vegetable. The dinner is from 4 to 6pm.

The hotel and amenities were all awesome, the breakfasts had a great variety and everything was always really tasty, every single person in the hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Apart from the breakfasts, the food was not so great. We tried pierogi, which were probably prepared from frozen state (they were done on the outside, but ice cold in the inside); two types of burgers, which were ok, but the bacon was raw, which is not a pleasant bite and checked out the dinner buffet, which we originally wanted to pay for, but after seeing it we didn't feel like we'd be able to pick. On the other hand, the potato pancakes in this hotel were the best in the whole city!

Info and indications were all in polish, but the staff (in particular at the reception) were very kind and supporting us in every question or request we had. Super clean and tidy. Easy to reach from the train station. Nice outdoor sauna.

-Not a dislike, but it would have been nice to have a relaxing room (for adults only) where to lay down after a Spa treatment or in between saunas. -waiters during busy breakfast time were spraying the sanitizer on the table instead of in the cloth, not nice when you are next to it.

Quiet area near forest, big apartment with balcony and place for cooking your food, variety of breakfast (but could change as we stayed one week and know what to expect)

Outdoor sauna should be properly heated and open after 21:30. We really missed chill out/relax zone near indoor sauna.
