We had a very pleasant stay here. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent — tasty, varied, and with a good selection of dishes. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were friendly, and welcoming. Also, they arranged the beds together as we had requested, which we really appreciated. The hotel is also filled with beautiful potted plants, giving it a very homey and calming feel.

The sauna is only open from 4 PM, and this information wasn’t clearly mentioned anywhere in advance, which was a bit disappointing. Also, getting a massage was nearly impossible — bookings are only available same-day from 9 AM, and by the time we arrived at 9:30, all the longer time slots were already taken. It would be great if reservations could be made in advance or more time slots were available.

Good location nearby the train station, not in the centrum, close to touristic routes. Nice swimming pool, if you prefer pool it is good choise. If you prefer sauna, think twice. Very good and rich breakfast

- Swimming pool open at 10 so you can not go for swimmig before breakfast - Sauna starts at 4 p.m., which means they turn it on at 4.00 do it is ok to use between 4.30 and 5. - No possibility to cool down after sauna ! No cold pool or ice, even the shower is not possible to set as cold ! It still goes warm.. If you really like sauna and want to choose this hotel for sauna as well, better choose other. - some rooms (such as mine) have windows right to the train. You should know that or ask for the one with windows to the other side.

Thank you for a fantastic xmass stay. It was trully wonderful. We really enjoyed the swimmig pool facilities, room was nice with comfy bed. Breakfast good variety. Great location.

You need to train your staff to be more customer focused. They lacked basic knowlege and customer skills. We asked for the baby feeding chair. Waitress said she does not know where it is and walked away, not event trying to located it. There were more exaples but do not want to ruin a good review overall.

The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The lift was super quick. Excellent food in the restaurant. Decent swimming pool and sauna. Friendly staff ready to help and support. Excellent breakfast!

The room was a bit too small. I got one king-bed but asked for two separate beds, but maybe it's my mistake during reservation. The smell in the bathroom. Crowded but manageable.

Absolutely everything! The room was extremely clean and comfortable( best hotel bed I have ever slept on :D). Our booking included breakfast which was so tasty, with a huge variety of food to choose from, a lot of local products which was great. We also had dinner there a few times and it was very nice too. The staff was amazing, very polite and helpful at all times. We also paid for massages. The price was reasonable and the staff did a fantastic job! The location was great, not too far from the town centre and train station but in a very peaceful area. Other facilities we liked was a little garden area outside where you can relax on sunbeds with a drink and an indoor play area for children( we did not travel with kids but if you are looking for a kid friendly place, well Hotel Sasanka is 100% THE PLACE). Honestly if it wasn’t for a beautiful town of Szklarska Poręba and hiking trips in the mountains, we would have not left the hotel at all and I believe we’d still have had an amazing time! Best hotel I have even been to!

Hot tub did not work properly at all times but the staff reacted really quick and fixed it each time.

Nice hotel with a nice indoor pool, hot tub and sauna included. Great restaurant and good value evening meal and great breakfast (waffle maker with cream and maple syrup included - low calorie of course). Nice location on the edge of a very nice ski/hiking resort in the mountains.

The pillows are very soft and not to our liking but this was the same everywhere we stayed. Parking on the road was prohibited so had to pay to park at the hotel in a separate car park opposite but the hotel was great value so can't complain. We had some noisy neighbours who were disruptive during the night but that wasn't the hotels fault and the hotel staff were very apologetic.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast with lots of vegetables. Breakfast area clean and nite. Hotel parking is paid. You can ask for towels for the swimming pool. If you want you can order massage. To get to city center is up to 20 min walk.

All was fine

Breakfast was great, the location is good if you travel by car, otherwise, you'll have to walk a little bit. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and well-furnished. We had no issues with the noise isolation.

Parking is paid extra. No mini fridge in the room. The mattresses were a bit stiffer than I prefer.

Clean room, good personnel, nice internal pool, jacuzzi and sauna facilities. Great breakfast with good variety. Hotel is located within walking distance to Szklarska Poreba Gorna.

Swimming pool a bit to the small side, so can be cramped when is crowded. All inclusive dinner tasty but not much to choose from(2-3 dishes), drinks not included in price and just a jele for desert. Hotel a bit away from the town center (15m walking distance).

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was also good with a lot of choices. I came to do some training with the road bike, so I especially liked the swimming pool and spa. The restaurants in town are about 15 minutes walk, and they are quite nice. The staff was very helpful, giving me a room to lock the bike in.
