A wonderfully located guesthouse with a warm, home-like atmosphere, perfect for finding peace and relaxation. It's an ideal place to stop and rest, whether travelling with family on vacation or a business trip. The place is spotless and beautifully maintained!

The hotel was closely located to the quiet station and so convenient for all the local facilities and shops, including the information centre.. We received a warm welcome and were given great hints as to where to go with a map to direct us. The staff were so obliging and helpful. advising us that there were facilities to make a snack or meal in the hotel and free coffee from 5pm onwards. Breakfast was exceptional, so beautifully presented and really delicious. There was a great variety of food and even a cooked breakfast should one require it. Our room was extremely comfortable, clean and had lots of cupboard space. The bathroom had a good shower and space to put toiletries out. We could not ask for more.

Everything was perfect so we do not have any negative comments.

The location was great. There was a very nice breakfast served between 8-10 and afternoon tea with cake served between 17-19. The staff was friendly, especially the man in the reception. There was a lot of parking spaces.

Great place. Great value for money. I can swear I stayed in the same building 20 years ago on the sport camp when was a kid. Changed a lot. Good room, good breakfast, homemade items, little kitchen area. Free tea/coffee/cookies in the afternoon. Good location near train station. The man who opened the door initially was a little grumpy, but he warmed up quickly. The lady doing accounting was super friendly.

The location of the shower head made it a bit tricky to use, but it was minor thing.

Location was great, very close to the railway station and to the city center. My room was really nice and clean. All the staff that I met was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Also, it was possible to adjust the breakfast time to my early departure, which I find very kind. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had multiple options to choose from.

Location, close to the city centre, restaurants, shops and the train station. Also, the property was very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfasts were ok, like everywhere else.

All was good :) Maybe if wi-fi could work a bit better but it didn't matter that much as I didn't stay long in my room.

Location, rooms are clean and quiet. But what I like the most is staff that is very friendly and helpful. The went above and beyond.

I would recommend to improve the wifi quality.

Area for the kids, kindness of the staff (owners have pure gold there!), it was very clean, breakfasts were tasty, location was perfect, rooms and rest of the areas were very specious. Definitely coming there again once we decide to visit Szklarska Poręba again! :)

Maaaybe it would be good to have regular small induction cooker in the small kitchen. But understand decision why it's not there.

Very cosy, excellent location just by the station and next to the city center. Staff was the most helpful and very kind. Very tasty breakfast.
