+ Good location, about 20 mins by foot from the city center and just minutes away from nature + Very tasty and varied breakfast + The wellness (pool, sauna, jacuzzi, water slide) were nice and clean + Very nice rooms + Good architectural design and that is not obtrusive to the nature around

- Despite request the hotel was unable to provide a double bed with a single mattress and instead we had a bed with 2 mattresses which for us specifically was an important point - The area around the hotel is being completely overbuilt with new developments - The price of the meals in the hotel were double the city prices which are already very high for Poland

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. Spa was ok, but below the standard of Austrian hotels, crowded. As a mountain hotel it would deserve better.

We have paid a bit extra for the mountain view, and were put to ground floor looking at the parking. When inquiring at the reception, we were told this side is considered mountain view even if you don't have it. Not even a free coffee as a compensation. :(

In the beginning, we booked a room with a mountain view, when we got to the room, we were very disappointed because we had the view to the parking and some garden part with the reconstruction. After some discussion with reception, we were able to get the room on the upper floor and an amazing view. Thanks to the manager of the hotel to solve this problem in the way we expected. Very kind and helpful housekeeping lady. Quality bed linens/cosmetic/breakfast.

The hotel was very nice, everything looked like new. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well equiped with a great view from the balcony. Food was also great, large selection for breakfest and very tasty a la carte options (asian menu). Which was a pleasant surprise, because usually hotel kitchens aren't that great. Also great drinks at the lobby bar.

The wellness area is a bit too small for the size of the hotel. It was a challenge to find empty sunbed or to have a place to relax after sauna. So we went there in the evening when other guests had dinner. Also I don't understand why you have to pay for parking, when you have to use the car to get there. It should be included in the price of stay.

Nice clean hotel. Food tasty. Pool was fine and at our stay not too busy though high season. Good starting point for walks into the forests that are all around.

Just a few things. Wooden planks on the balcony are really not good finished. Easy to get a splinter. Paid parking and a little bit too cold temp set on the aircon for us as default although can be set as you wish.

Our stay in the hotel was hassle free, facilities are new, cozy and clean. Spa was offering nice variety of activities. Breakfast buffet was tasty and with many kinds of food to choose from.

Overall it was a great experience and the following things are just minor inconveniences: The hotel is far from the town and in the middle of area which is under construction. When I took a massage it was not very good, the wellness worker did not speak much English and hence did not ask any feedback or about my expectations. Lastly, when we ordered the same cocktail from the bar, it tasted awesome one day and so-so ok-ish the other day.

Very comfortable stay in family room with good view over the mountains. Friendly and helpful staff, good selection of breakfast food and dinner buffet. Animation for children is a great offer for the small ones so do guided tours for the entire families. Swimming pools very nice but relatively small for this size of the hotel.

The hotel is new everything was good the design, the room was comfortable enough for us. We traveled as big group 10+ people and we were accommodated next to each others, which was very nice.

The staff in the breakfast basically clear up the muesli in front of me knowing that I was taking some jogurt. The lady in the pool saw me fell off the sauna because the floor was full of water. The only thing she said was there are so many people there is no point cleaning 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The gym was basically dirty I don’t there was any cleaning for days

Hotel is very nice and comfortable. It is a good value for family - for childrens there is a fun room (kids club), adults will find a bar with reach offer :) finally spa was a big plus: swimming pool, sauna and hamam. The hotel staff was friendly and helped with parking problem. Breakfast and dinner were good; variation of everything, including fruits, vegetables and etc.

Parking - even it was requested in advance, on arrival we were informed there is no spots available as to many guests in hotel. Thanks to staff on reception, who helped to resolve this small issue, so still OK.

Hotel is new, with great parking and wonderful views. Rooms are very nice, comfortable, the bet as well. Breakfast is tasty and restaurant for dinner works well. Not in the city center but this is definitely nice because of nature.

Fitness/Wellness could be easily crowded- just recommend to visit the hotel during week if you want to enjoy more space. Way to hotel was full of holes (destroyed by heavy vehicles from building works around) - drive carefully.
