The breakfast was amazing. We have been traveling for 3 weeks in 6 countries and this breakfast was top notch. The room was great plenty of space. There are 2 jacuzzis, a wet and dry sauna, a nice kids play room, an indoor and out door pool and even a life guard on duty while we were at the pool. Awesome views, with plenty of seating to enjoy them. Someone mentioned before that you walk through the restaurant to get to the pool, but that’s not true, you go through the spa and locker rooms to access the pools but there is also access to the pool through the restaurant. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The resort is new so there is still some work being done. It didn’t interfere with our stay at all but the road leading to the hotel was a little rough, but nothing crazy, just a dirt road the last 300 meters vs paved. We had to pay 50 polish for parking which seems a little silly for a hotel in the middle of the mountains.

We had decided to stay here at the end of our several days lasted walk trip through Krkonoše for relax and we stayd here one night longer because the place is amazing. The staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast were rich and delicious. This city is very nice and offers lots of posibilities to visit and enjoy the stay here for family with children. You can use a train and visit Czechia or next places in Poland.

The resort is in process of building and sometime is there a noise from the next buildings. The capacity of hotel is bigger than the capacity of swimming pool inside. Sometimes it makes troubles with relaxing. Although smoking is forbidden here, lots of guest smoke on the balcony. It was bothered us because the windows are opened during a summer seasone.

Brand new hotel located away from the center on a hill with a beautiful view to mountains. Hotel offers buffet breakfast and dinner + items served from a menu. Buffet was delicious! Spa and pool area + beautiful outdoor infinite pool, which is open even in cold weather so perfect after sauna :) Very nice and professional staff - Katarzina at the reception was always friendly and gave us great tips for hiking routes around! Hotel bar also has delicious drinks, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable, warm and clean!

The hotel is absolutely new, clean and modern, the food is very delicious)

There was only 1 set of towels and bathrobes for 2 people. It took some time, along with 3x calls to reception, for the staff to confirm that the reservation was indeed made for 2 people. Also, I was unable to book a spa for two people at the same time. I received confirmation three days before check-in, but on the day of arrival, I was informed that the booking couldn’t be honored—only one person at a time was allowed!

The hotel has lovely views on the mountains, great swimming pool inside and outside (cold after sauna), and best of all was breakfast so much to choose from and very delicious you could even go half board.I am sure we will be back.

Hotel is new, drive to hotel is bit building side as they are building hotels around but we didn’t hear any noise.

absolutely fabulous!! amazing, huge breakfast, beautiful dining rooms, funky colours, gorgeous and comfortable rooms, perfect swimming pool and spa facilities... newly build hotel.... lost for words, really. book it, you won't regret it.

it was slightly harder to find the reception, but it's because i'm not the sharpest pen i guess, a signt would've helped me haha😀😅

Amazing views, perfectly clean, nice staff, great and rich breakfast with many options (and good coffee), very cozy room and comfy bed. Highly recommend, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Access road is really bad, should be built to allow decent access by car. People walking throught the restaurant to get to the pool/spa, their rooms etc.

I spent there 1 night and was really impressed by the quality of the hotel. Really nice staff, willing to help, very good breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
