Delicious and various food during breakfast and evenings, kid friendly and play zones, friendly staff everywhere, very comfortable ski rental and lockers, swimming pool, nice little things like fast check in and check out, incredible perfumed soap with pinia aroma, welcome present to our kid

Most of the staff was friendly, especially at he bar, and not to forget old cleaning lady who was always smiling. The hotel is good value for the money. Unfortunately that cannoy be said for the whole area when it comes to the prices for skiing.

The breakfast was the same all days. The water in the swimming pool could be little bit warmer. The ski room door lock was not working so one had to go trough the hotel. The ski lift nearby hotel is very old and slow, but you still have to buy ticket for whole are which could be as expensive as in Austria for instance, up to 70 euro per day.

the room wasn't soundproofed enough, I could hear everything from the corridor, especially screaming kids at 7 am. Some of the staff was extremely nice, some were not friendly

We were informed that sauna is not available - we paid for superior room to use it but it turned out that we were supposed to book sauna separately days jn advance. No information about that was to be found in the room reservation.

Great location close to the forest and tourist trails. Half board option was a good value for money with plenty of food choices for breakfast and dinner. We liked programme for kids - costumed mascot and afternoon workshops on the weekend. The pool and spa were also great.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It’s very cozy, kids friendly and it has a nice breakfast. The restaurant food is also very tasty and a good value for money. The only problem for me was that there was only one vegetarian option.

The internet is a bit slow for the 4star hotel.

The staff was nice courteous and professional the breakfast was very nice. My room were very clean well designed and put together I really liked my stay The indoor pool and spa was very good!

The hotel is really good for a ski trip, you have a ski lift just few meters from the hotel, however it is only for one slope with no real connection to the other. The rooms are good and fully equipped. The wellness center and specially the Sauna is really good. The bar has delicious cocktails and the “A la carte” restaurant is very good, the service was perfect. A great advantage is the free parking on site as well as the very clean ski room and the possibility to rent all equipments directly there. The breakfast is also very complete with a lot of choice. The overall staff and service is really good.

The decoration is maybe a little but “old school” but fairly clean. It is a shame that you have to pay an extra for the Sauna. As good as the restaurant is the menu is a little bit short, especially if you stay there more days. Most of the rooms have only singles beds which is a shame when you go with your partner. There were also no mini-bar in the room which could be related to Covid restriction.

Hotel has huge indoor kids room with a lot of toys and activities. There are two restaurants in the complex. Hotel has swimming pool and sauna. There are kids activities in the morning and in the evening.
