Amazing location Great restaurant Plenty of things for the kids to keep themselves busy (trampoline, farm animals, ice cream kiosk right beneath the restaurant) You can take a trail right from the hotel to enjoy the views of the surrounding The hotel itself also has some great options such as bowling, pool. The kitchen is rather basic but enough for light meals Beds are amazing

The apartment we received wasn't accessible to a baby stroller which was a bit uncomfortable. It was also facing the parking which wasnt great The upper floors get pretty hot on hot days and there isn't any air-conditioning.

Lovely hotel, good design, comfortable, with SPA zone (100 CZK per person per hour). Various breakfast! Restaurant with prices just little above average. Meals are delicious! Parking for free, also parking for electric cars. A room for drying skiis and boots.

It wasn't a problem for us but there are only 2 slopes near hotel even though you need to walk there approx.10 min. We went by car further to Hromovka or Medvedin - 5-10 min by car. In the high season parking of Medvedin is full by 10 am so come earlier. Špindlerův Mlýn is a pricey skiresort. You better buy a multi-day skipass in advance online via www.gopass.travel.

Lovely place ! The views are awesome ! The hotel is beautifully designed , breakfasts are great, too. The staff are really nice and helpful, they explain everything very clearly. Believe me - it is good that you have to make a reservation to go to the swimming pool, thanks to that procedure, you can be alone in the swimming pool or maybe with 2 another people. It is really convenient and you can feel that the swimming pool and saunas are only yours. And the air … it is so fresh.

This property could easily be 5*! Beautiful serene place with lovely views, comfortable rooms and extremely kind and accommodating staff (you might ask yourself whether you are actually in Czech because they really know how to treat customers). Comfy (softer) beds and strong shower were a plus.

- the room windows should be equipped with nets - the food in the restaurant was not always the best and some dishes at breakfast were not kept warm - the chef needs to use more salt and less sugar (especially in salad dressings) and to tone it down on "KOPR", it's not everyone's cup of tea and no, it's really not suitable to put it in scrambled eggs - the spa floor is slippery, and water was not served - no jacuzzi in the private spa - massage was a bit disappointing (too soft)

we liked the outside playground for kids, also the quality of food was very good, the location is peaceful and remote, the animals around the hotel make the stay even more charming for kids, people at reception were always polite

- our apartment (junior, the smallest) has indeed too small bed, I mean the bed is ok for 2 people, but definitely not for 2+toddler :)) - fridge was a bit noisy during nights - the quality of food (dinner) was not constant, for 2 days it was heavenly good and the other 2 days it was more like average - the indoor kids playground could be way better

The design is beautiful and the apt. very clean, the apt is spacious and the facility is wonderful for kids! The breakfast was rich and offered a wide variety and the fact that theres a resteraunt on site was useful. The views are spectacular .

I cannot give a bad review on this as we knew when booking there was no air conditioner however if a fan or two was placed it would be a nice touch as during the day in august its very hot and in the evening when opening the windows you should take into account no nets.

The hotel is very comfortable and stylish. The breakfast was fabulous and had plenty of options for all tastes, the view at the breakfast room and restaurant was very beautiful, the food at the restaurant was excellent, we eat there every night. The location was great, very close to the hiking trails and bike routes. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly, welcoming and with a smile on our way in and out. We can definitely say that this was one of the most comfortable, clean, enjoyable hotels we stayed in, we highly recommend and we will for sure come back sometime soon.

Climbing to the top floor in the apartment for small kids may be a unsafe.

This was the best place we visited. I thought the sheep in the photo were photoshopped, but no! There really are sheep, goats and a pig. The children were delighted. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. And the view is something incredible. I highly recommend
