Great location, the hotel itself is large and spacious. The wellness center had all the necessary amenities (spa, medium sized pool, fitness). The breakfast was very good, with many choices to choose from, tasty, although with little variety each day. The hotel is generally clean. The parking space by the hotel is safe, with many spots.

The age of the hotel does start to show in some parts of it. While the rooms were clean, our supposedly fresh bedsheets were already stained. Staff at wellness should be more fluent in English. There is a fee for parking.

Most of the staff was friendly, especially at he bar, and not to forget old cleaning lady who was always smiling. The hotel is good value for the money. Unfortunately that cannoy be said for the whole area when it comes to the prices for skiing.

The breakfast was the same all days. The water in the swimming pool could be little bit warmer. The ski room door lock was not working so one had to go trough the hotel. The ski lift nearby hotel is very old and slow, but you still have to buy ticket for whole are which could be as expensive as in Austria for instance, up to 70 euro per day.

The buffet was not quite as good as it should be, quite small choices of food, every day same and no complementary drink.

the room wasn't soundproofed enough, I could hear everything from the corridor, especially screaming kids at 7 am. Some of the staff was extremely nice, some were not friendly

We were informed that sauna is not available - we paid for superior room to use it but it turned out that we were supposed to book sauna separately days jn advance. No information about that was to be found in the room reservation.

Great location close to the forest and tourist trails. Half board option was a good value for money with plenty of food choices for breakfast and dinner. We liked programme for kids - costumed mascot and afternoon workshops on the weekend. The pool and spa were also great.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It’s very cozy, kids friendly and it has a nice breakfast. The restaurant food is also very tasty and a good value for money. The only problem for me was that there was only one vegetarian option.

The location is excellent, especially being at a walking distance from the beautiful dam.

Some of the staff was a little dry at times, but that’s fine too. Nothing terrible.
