I asked for a wine opener. The lady asked me to get the bottles down to reception so she can help open. What ?? Yes. It's my fault to not have carried an opener but even then, I thought you would have an opener in every room. Like, isn't it minimum for a room ? Otherwise it's a great place to stay. Absolutely fantastic. The pool is awesome and kids had proper fun in it and also the games room and all that. I will visit the resort again in Summer (this time , carrying my very own opener ) :) Cheers.

Poor quality of the food Walls were super thin - all the steps from the neighbours could have been heard No kettle in the room

Nice, clean, well-furnished rooms, we welcomed hot drinks (coffee and tea) in the common room all day (even more so as it rained during our stay and the weather did not favour tourism), we also appreciated the small wellness area, although it is really small for so many guests - it would be nice if it was open already in the morning.

Probably the only thing that could be improved is the darkening of the windows for sleeping.

I did spontaneous trip to Szklarska Poręba, beautiful place with good people, my internet wasn't working 1 young couple drive me untill hotel, it was difficult to find in the dark, I was really lucky to be with those beautiful people, in hotel smiley woman accepted me, she helped me, we didn't needed perfect English her smile and kindness was enough to me to decide to book that place, bonus that I had free entrance to jakuzzi, 2 type of sauna, and swimming pool, it was clean enough..

I wish there was shampoo and gel, normally I bring my stuff, that day I did spontaneous trip and I had nothing with me, I was expecting hotel will give small shampoo and gel essentials.

It’s a beautiful and spacious apartment. It has a kitchen with the basics you would need. It slept 8 of us comfortably and still tons of extra room. The windows kept out the noise. The breakfast was decent (eggs, sausage, sandwich stuff, cereal, fruit, and even had a waffle maker.) the beds were pretty comfortable. You can walk into the center in about 20 minutes where there’s lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Great hikes and nature nearby. Staff is friendly. Our kids really loved it, it has a pool table and a kids room to play in.

-the beds had very small bedding that were too small for two people. -the pool was small but the worst was how much chlorine was in it. the smell of the chlorine burnt your eyes, then going in the water it really hurt!! -the way to walk up the driveway to the hotel is steep and the gravel is slippery so you have to be careful

Place is pretty cozy, far from city center so it is quiet and calm. You dont hear noise of touristic center, but hear mostly, breathe of mountains and forest. Kids zone, sweeming pool, big parking, barbecue zone, good restaurant in 100 metres far, everything was great

No cosmetics in the bath - neither shampoo nor shower gel Parking for 25 pln fee- its nonsense, but you don't have a chance No personnel after 22;00, noone can help you with your requests

- very clean - view from window to the forest - calm place - price/quality - sauna

- a bit far from Center - bar with kettle and kitchen/breakfast opens only from 8am, a bit late for mountain region and travelling

breakfast was absolutely amazing, Location, Pool and kids corner were great. common area where you can drink your own food or drinks

the staff is not very welcoming, they could smile more and greet the guests

IT Is a nice Hotel. Friendly staff. A stylisch guest room with Coffee-Tee maker, and warm Milk, children room wich Toys and Games. Very nice Sauna and jacuzzi. We Had a good time. Thank you!

Unfortunately Sauna was only for 1 hours, and IT needs top be booked in advance. But IT was very nice and Clean there.

swimming pool too small. didn’t like the system with booking time at the swimming pool. we had kattle at our apartment but no mugs or glass.
