The breakfast? Absolutely top-notch. Seriously, it had everything you could possibly wish for in the morning. Honestly, I could’ve stayed there all morning just eating. There was also a fun and varied weekly program for both adults and kids, which was a nice touch and made it feel like more than just a place to stay – almost like a mini holiday camp (in the best way). Now, the real gem for me: the wellness area. The pool and sauna setup was an absolute dream. After a long day of hiking, sinking into the hot tub and then sweating it all out in the sauna? That’s my idea of pure relaxation. 10/10 would do again.

Now for the one little downside: the breakfast area could use some kind of time slot or separate section for families with young kids. If you’ve specifically booked a child-free accommodation, being thrown into a breakfast room that feels like a daycare center first thing in the morning is... a bit much. Let’s just say, the coffee wasn’t the only thing buzzing. Still, overall it was a fantastic stay, especially if you love good food, nature, and a bit of spa luxury. Just maybe bring earplugs for breakfast 😉

It's our second time, so we knew where we were going. We had an apartment with sauna, which is comfortable with a child as I didn't have to go anywhere and could have some relax right there. Breakfast are rich and there's a good variety of food, but better come early, as around 9 there might be queue. We've also has dinners, and that was also nice: meat, fish, vegetables, salads, soups and sweets - all there, whole family found something to eat. We've also enjoyed the swimming pool after my son's nap, and it was quite empty, because I think everyone came later in the evening. So choosing the right time is the key :)

The apartment is very clean, well equipped. There is a large wellness area with multiple saunas to choose from. The location is convenient close to the hiking trails. Most importantly there are dedicated vegan items at breakfast! Also bathroom with sauna does the trick!

It's a property dedicated for parents with small children, sadly this was nowhere mentioned in the description so upon arrival it was a bit of a surprise. There are a couple of swimming pools available, theoretically only one is for children but that's not how it goes down. There is a separated building called Platinum Adults, so I guess when you know you book it, but again I wish it was better described, so that I had that choice to make. Parking is paid extra, it's not mentioned in the description either. I booked an apartment with two single beds which turned out to be a double bed and a sofa.

Located not far from the tracking routes, the quality of the breakfast and dinner is as expected - we've enjoyed. There are 2 swimming pools: indoors and outdoors, with the part from the little ones, no (big) slides though, just a small one in the internal swimming pool. Sauna area is quite nice, as polish people are not such great fans of sauna any time of the day, I've enjoyed Czechs and Slovaks company as usually in such hotels :) The stuff is very nice and helpful.

The buildings with apartments are located all around the area, so to get to the saunas, internal pool etc one needs to go outside - which is not a big deal now, when it's summer, but might be less pleasant in winter. Also, behind the last building (M) there's a grocery store Biedronka, which has huge cooling blocks on the back side. Due to the heat and roof window without blinds, our apartment was as a sauna itself, and I couldn't open windows for the night cause of the noise. They don't the cooling off for the night at all. We've moved to another apartment, E, and there it was better also because it wasn't last floor. Generally, I don't mind coming back when it's not so warm, as there no Aircon in the apartments.

The private Sauna in the room is a dream. You can relax and just enjoy it. The breakfast buffet was good but it's too crowded and there's so many children. I think it's better if they will separate the guest with children and without.

The noises from the other rooms, barking of the dogs/shouting from the children/and some guest smoking weed in the balcony and we can smell it in our room. I know, the hotel can't do anything about it. But I think it's better if they will separate the guest with children and dogs and the guest who just want to enjoy some time without the shouting and the barking.

Totally awesome! It was beyond our expectations. Well-equipped room with sauna, unlimited wellness and spa, outdoor swimming pool, fantastic breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here. I’d recommend the place not only for couples, but for parents with kids as well - the resort is very kids friendly. Biedronka right next to the resort is just a cherry on top 😁

It took kinda long little time for check in and check out. There were like 4-5 workers at the desk but still quees happened.

Good location, clean and tidy accomodation, feels like brand new. Great selection of food for breakfast, we just had breakfast included, so can't say anything about other meals. Hotel service always helpful and friendly, some of them I believe are from Ukraine or Chechia but that's not a problem at all, they understand Polish very well.

Swimming pool area was closed for maintenance, we wasn't informed about this when placing order, noting mentioned on their website. On the good side you can use swimming pool with free taxi transfer in hotel nearby belonging to their hotel network. A bit ot hassle, especially in this weather.

Breakfast was great except coffee. We liked spa and location.

Coffee options at breakfast were limited to just one decent choice – filter coffee. Unfortunately, it wasn't available every day, so we had to purchase coffee at the restaurant. Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged from the beginning. Although I asked the cleaners for help, I was directed to the administrators. Given that we stayed with a dog and fixing the sink would require coordination with multiple people, we decided it wasn't worth our time.

Breakfast were very good, great choice, as well as dinner. We would just expect to order drinks(wine, beer) during the dinner. Pool and sauna very nice, clean.

1) Sofa instead of beds for children in living room, its really not comfortable for sleeping. 2) We would expect bathrobe in the room or at least in entrance to the pool 3) House wine (white one)in lobby was really not good and tasty, this type of hotel should have really better quality 4) There were lot of people in the wellness area and there was no empty bed for relaxing by the pool and whirlpool.

We were there in summer and in the weekend, so it was super crowded. Kids everywhere... The most disappointing was, that we arrived by car and no one told us, that we have to pay the parking- receptionist hardly understood English and she didn't mebtion, that it is paid. So when leavingc we had this suprise waiting for us.
