The staff was very kind and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

We booked this hotel for 7 adults and the reservation was clearly made for 7 adults. Only later, when I asked if it was possible to upgrade the booking to 8 adults, I was informed that the additional beds in the rooms are actually bunk beds intended only for children. This important information was not shown during the booking process. Because of this, the rooms were not suitable for 7 adults as booked, and in the end one person from our group could not join the trip. This was very disappointing. The hotel should clearly state in the description that some beds are only for children, so that guests booking for adults are not misled.

We immediately liked the staff. Family feeling of friendliness, Kamila and Andrea from reception bonded quickly. My gf had a problem during the long travel and she needed fast wash of some of her clothes. The staff made it happen so that she left them items in the night and had it all clean and dry in the next morning. They also noticed I had my birthday at the day of arrival and left me iced prosecco at the room. Wow, very nice!

The walls and ceiling could welcome some sound proofing.

The hotel is located in quiet area with beautiful views on mountains. The children liked the kids area which is 2 floors and one of entrances is located in main restaurant area. The pool looks good but its quite small. The sauna is good, with 2 glass walls. We liked the sauna show with 3 different aromas and music. the breakfast is fine, we stayed 3 nights and its always the same. This is a little bit weird, because they definitely can cook different recipes even with same ingredients. We also liked the room (2 floors and 3 bedrooms) which gave privacy space for everybody. Good sound insulation, we didn't hear anyone or anything

the knowledge of English by stuff is poor. Some of them pretend that they understand you, but the actions after show that not)) I asked to clean the room while we were absent, and 5 hours later nothing was done. The hotel has eco policy to clean the room once in 3 days. We had one cleaning after two requests, one change of towels and no refueling of water and mini bar. Shower have to be cleaned

The design of the public area is beautiful! Very cosy and welcoming, amazing view also from the room. The staff is ok, we specially had excellent service from Kamila and Nicola, they were so nice, helpful and had good English! They both made every effort to assist with everything and all with a smile and patience. Breakfast is excellent and so is the other dishes at the restaurant. Amazing Pizza.

The rooms a a little old fashioned but it was ok. The bath is tall and also when you take a shower the water is spread to the floor. Better change to shower and not bath. Other than that all was exaellent

The location is perfect for those seeking tranquility and clean nature. The reception staff is very professional,polite and quick to find solutions to any issues. We received a private spa as an apology for the delay in the check-in

However, I can’t say the same about the restaurant. The food felt more like pre-prepared meals with limited variety. On the bright side, there are waiters who can assist you in English, German, or Czech. Overall, the hotel itself is wonderful, but the dining experience could be improved

We enjoyed our stay. The new areas of the hotel I nicely done, the spa is very nice with the view and staying outside. The location is absolutely perfect! Right at the start of all the hiking trails in the countryside. Absolutely satisfying and plentiful breakfast. As for the cuisine, I would like to highlight their homemade Italian pizza which totally exceeded our expectations, highly recommended. As for the staff, a big thank you to the front deck manager Tomas, who was very kind and professional, looked after us beautifully, took initiative and always accommodated us - more like him!

The staff is very nice, the room was pretty and the food is good as well. The hotel is nicely situated on the mountain and has great views all around. The hotel gives a luxurious feeling and provides all the comforts needed. The ski room is very neatly organised and well located.

The wellness part sometimes gets ruined by families, that change the wellness area into a kids playground. This can be fixed by either making the wellness for adults only or by setting a fixed time slot for families with kids.

The hotel is located in beautiful valley overlooking ski slopes. Hotel has a very cozy feeling, is family and pets friendly. We booked a private wellness and enjoyed outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful views as well as nice sauna. Lobby is quite modern and it was nice to relax with some drinks in front of the floating fireplace. Staff was really friendly and our receptionist Kamila was very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and has a great selection. We also dined in their own restaurant and the food was delicious.

Literally, everything was perfect! Accommodation was beautiful and had an amazing view. Staff were all super nice and friendly, breakfast and dinner were delicious. And we even got a later checkout free of charge from the manager, so truly appreciated.

Since we were a group of girls, an extra mirror in the bedroom where daylight is would be appreciated, there was only a mirror in bathroom and hallway. But that is just a small point nothing like negative :D

Hotel is very modern and beautiful.Everything is comfortable .I like it and will be back for sure.

One small thing what was bothering-kids in spa zone. I love kids , but spa zone and swimming pool isn’t that big , to jump in the water or shouting. They were in spa even after 18:00 which written as adult only time .So we couldn’t enjoy calming spa atmosphere.
