Very nice hotel with great facilities. We liked our room and the view.

The spa was always overcrowded. The door between the jacuzzi and saunas never closes. Also, lots of water on the floor in the spa and no one is taking care of it.

Hotel looks great, location is also good. Wellness was nice as well. When we were dealing with the air conditioning setup in the room, a technician came to fix it at 10pm.

We always waited a very long time for food in the restaurant. My husband was not feeling well after dinner and was throwing up all night. According to the staff, this had never happened to anyone else, but all the symptoms looked like food poisoning. There was noisy sewage in the room all night from other rooms, which was not pleasant.

Amazing place, great staff, great service. Breakfast is not super unusual, you can make a waffle, and there is a good selection of salads, cheese and meat. Small but very cozy swimming pool, and a fancy outdoors sauna that is a nice addition for a snowy weather. Restaurant itself is not very fancy but there are nice events there sometimes like live music. Spa is of a good quality, had no issues there. Staff is always welcoming and happy to help. Almost everyone knows English so we were able to communicate quite well.

Location is not for ones that don't like to pay for taxi service. From the train station we had to go down and then climb up a pretty steep hill. Two-floor rooms are kinda strange in terms of air conditioning - top floor was hot while bottom was cold - I guess it's just how rooms like this behave. At some point there was no apple juice during breakfast for few days - it was a big deal for my little kid =) All of the issues are really not a problem for the stay

Our stay left positive impressions. The room corresponds to those on the photo. It was clean. everything worked. Good breakfasts. Swedish table. Good choice of vegetables, salads, fruits, meat + fish. Good location. It is 3 hours of walk till Szrenica mountain ( start of black route and possibility to change to red ( Kamenchyk waterfall or green - sniezny Kotly)

No major issues. Just hotel owns 1 swimming pool and 1 jacuzzi. I always checked whether it is not too many people.

Beautiful breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, kid and dog friendly, loads of options to enjoy your stay- no matter what the weather. Loved the jacuzzi and swimming pool.. bonfires.. kids club.. cooking class for kids (this was a highlight for kids who cooked and parents who tasted it after).. just ♥️

Not a criticism but an observation - at the weekend it got mad busy!

extraordinary breakfast with a wide verity of healthy and good quality products also, there's a kids club for children with lots of activities, including film night with a popcorn and my boy loved ball pool. Very good for families to keep children happy and occupied.

I'm not a sweet tooth so I found deserts too sweet but this seems to be a norm in Poland :)

Location is very good,10 min walk to center. We are very impressed with the architecture and interior design of the hotel. Spa area and jacuzzy was outstanding. We were checked in 1.5 hours earlier.

I was a little bit disappointed with breakfast. It might be a great breakfast for a pork lover as there were dozens of pork selection. They could add at least 1 type of beef, salmon or tuna which was missing. Also, most of products missed labels to explain what is the ingredient.

Privilege rooms were nice & spacious. Clean & very good condition all around. Delicious menu in à-la-carte restaurant. Nice outdoor jacuzzi.

Very busy & chaotic at breakfast. Pool rather small (for the number of people). SPA massages are very plain and ineffective (tried 3 variations and they all seemed the same).

We loved the Bergo Hotel stay. The hotel is very nice and in a high standard. The rooms are very spacious with nice balcony. VERY comfortable beds! Great choice for breakfast as well as the evening meal. Very good Spa area with sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool. We had a great, relaxing massage.
