Setting, facilities were great Pool area, part for swimming, SPA were excellent could stay there for hours

The staff attending rooms were hardly proactive, even when we left our kind request when leaving for breakfast, they were coming just late afternoon after some prompts. Staff in the restaurant did not smile, focused on a task they were doing at that moment, would not give you priority when passing by, being a bit pushy... In the contrary, staff at the reception was outstanding, polite, responsive and very helpful

We were very pleasantly surprised with everything. Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff, amazing wellness area and outstanding food. We have been to some five-star hotels, but this one was, hands down, the best one. I have no objection to the hotel whatsoever, the very best thing I'd like to point out was the food, literally everything tasted amazing and the quality of the ingredients was TOP. The only downside were the ignorant and stupid guests, who walked past three signs saying "nudity area" in three languages into the wellness area with their swimsuits on!

The only thing, that was bothering was, that hotel guests couldn't read, or were just ignorants and went in the wellness area with swimsuits on... There were signs everywhere, so maybe they need drawings instead of letters, or maybe this should be written even bigger and somebody should sometimes check... I saw a lifeguard sweeping the floor and a guy walked in front of him out of the sauna with swimsuit on and the lifeguard didn't say anything. This was the only problem during our stay, but it was VERY unpleasant... Another thing, it would be nice if you could get a big bedsheet instead of a towel to the sauna, so that you could lie down, the towels were too small, so it was not possible to lie down in the sauna without your bare skin touching the wood.

True 5 star hotel in the mountains. Both outside and inside swimming pools, 3 jacuzzies, nice modern rooms with balconies, amazing views at day and night, good parking. The breakfast was ideal and the dinner was just a nobleman feast, completely beyond any expectations, kids rated it "7 stars" - the best of great Polish kitchen with the choices beyond wide and highest food quality. Service oriented, not tired, friendly staff in reception and restaurants, high attention to details everywhere, like a separate big coffee machine for those who need lactose-free milk, free e-car charging, etc. etc....

Massages and SPA procedures wife wanted to try were fully booked for several days ahead... :)

Service in restaurant. Even if it was almost empty during lunch, waiters look intentionaĺy away from you. You have to ask for everything multiple times. We stayed 3 days, still the same. In Italian restaurant we waited for kids food 80 minutes.. and was not informed in ahead. Do not recommend to eat there. Organisation of breakfast terrible, long waiting lines 25 minutes. Rest of facility very good even remaining staff good. But try to avoid “kitchen and stuff”; adding photo of queu and mushroom risoto

Excellent attractions for young kids. We had a lovely forest view from our balcony. Rooms nice and clean.

*Parking should be free given the already high price for the hotel stay. *We booked a room with double bed and sofa bed as we stayed with two young kids. Unfortunately only the double bed had sheets on it. There were duvets and pillows inside sofa bed without covers. I called reception and asked for extra set of pillow cases, duvet cover and a bed sheet. I was asked to pay additional money for the extra bedding. Apparently our kids (2 and 4) were expected to sleep on a double bed with us and were not included in the price during booking. Why do you advertise that there is a sofa bed in the room if you don’t expect guests to use it for sleeping 😳. No way would we all fit on that double bed and had a good night of sleep.

A great new hotel close to various mountain trails but still within a walking distance from the town centre. Nice decor. Clean, nicely maintained pools, saunas and spa facilities. Spacious room. Friendly and attentive staff. We didn't come with kids on this occasion but it is a very family friendly hotel. #PlatynowePowroty

Not so much a complaint but a comment on what could be improved: rather limited vegan options at buffet breakfast. Two A la care restaurants also had very limited vegan offering so we were only able to eat there on one night but everything that we ordered was delicious and all the staff were lovely. The outside space is taken over by the car park so not the best place to relax outdoors, however big balconies are a plus. We were lucky to have a balcony facing the woods.

The hotel overall is a nice place. Nice area. The staff was really pleasant, we didn't like our room and they changed it with no problem.

We were in the end of August and it was so crowded, that its a long queque for breakfast, no chance to get a place near the pool, spa is full. Obviously, all those facilities are made for much less amount of people that they let in.

Rooms are ok, breakfast was quite nice, there is a pool and some activities for kids. It is relatively cheap compared to family friendly hotels near ski slopes in Europe

Personnel hardly speak English Phones are never picked up, we needed to go to the bar to order room service or to the reception if any questions

Woke up every morning around 9:00 by cleaners asking us can they clean the room. We asked them to do it later, but they never did. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

Attitude of cleaning staff.

Amazing hotel, very clean room. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast is extremely tasty with a lot of food so you have options to choose. Very nice that after 8pm pool is 16+ so is much more quite. If you travel with kids there is also an entertainment for them.

A bit overloaded pool in the evening :) Also a navigation to the pool area might be a bit better for each floor.
