The apartment was good, clean and it was relatively quiet. There are a lot of hiking options nearby. Dine in option was also a benefit

It's not that much that I didn't like, I guess the hotel type was not a good fit for us, despite the fact we came with two kids. Too crowded, queue for the checkin, gigantic breakfast room with hundreds people around you. Same for the pool, always full and crowded. I think for many people it's ok, but we were just not used to this type of hotels. Onsite parking for like 300czk/day with no alternatives for parking. The cleaning stuff was speaking loudly in the passages while our little ones were sleeping in the afternoon.

A great place for a family vacation. Our kidsand us had a blast. We loved the kids program. Everyone we met was very polite. From the receptionist lady, the lady making balloons and braids for girls and other kids entertainment was awesome, people in the restaurant. Our room was clean when we arrived. It's great that there is a possibility to cook something Pool area was great. Water was very comfortable temperature. The inside slide was our favorite. Food in the la carte restaurant was tasty. Cocktails too. We basically had a great time we will definitely come back. I think hotel was renovated since the last time we visited. It smelled fresh and nice. Highly recommend. This is our favorite place in the area.

The parking was pricey. Many of the staff members didn't speak English at all.. For us it was okay since our native language is somehow similar, but it can be challenging for other people that have a completely different language. Pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. If you need a cleaning service you have to inform reception in advance. So its not a given, you have to ask for it. Those are minor comments and didnt affect the great quality of our stay.

- good breakfasts, various options every day (we are tea lovers and we loved various syrups and spices to prepare winter teas) - spacious apartment with very comfortable bed, we got the room with a mountain view and it was amazing - good spa with an outstanding offer for couples (our anniversary trip) - sauna and swimming space (great selections of saunas -finnish, steam, bio and infrared) - blue restaurant (lobby bar) presents the best quality food in town in our opinion (we checked some local restaurants as well), amazing food - very helpfull staff at aquapark and spa receptions - hiking trail to Szklarki Waterfall nearby

- main reception staff was not very nice (it depends on a person really); plus they are not speaking much or any English, my partner was not able to arrange cleaning or any special requests with the reception - sauna floor was a chaos during peak hours, stuff was not making sure to sweep water from the floor and check if everything is in order (a lot of people were not following any general and higienic rules in the saunas)

We liked of course the activities for kids, since it's a family hotel, how easy you get with pram anywhere, elevators are everywhere and big doors, this is a big plus. Then the aquapark indoor and outdoor is a big advantage as well. Everywhere are apartments, so you have a kitchen where you can cook , plenty of space closets and very surprised, balconies are on each apartment. The view is gorgeous, just in the nature, forest. The food was alright, the service at the restaurant was really great, fast and prompt.

Like almost every hotel, the beds were really uncomfortable :( the matrass too soft and the couch which is meant for sleeping, was as well not really comfy. The reception staff seemed bored and unwelcomed unfortunately, really serious, robotic behaviour. Very young staff spoke English but the rest, at all. Some activities for kids, took really long time, for example painting on the face, could be more girls, 5 kids took 45 min.. not inviting. These activities should be better managed in order to have good results.

Amazing place for families with kids: large indoor pool area for adults, kids and little kids (second shallow pool) plus two outdoor pools. Friendly staff and a lot of various rooms to pass time (Game room, Multiroom, Playspace, organized events for children). Very good buffet breakfast and even better all-you-can-eat buffet dinner. Seems like they try to keep the option varied and always try to include something extra.

Beds are not the most comfortable. Playstations in Multiroom often don't work.

- We appreciated the spacious room and the so-called kitchen, where we were able to cook a small meal, although we had to buy everything including salt and pepper :) on the other hand there was a selection of tea and coffee, complimentary water etc - Cleaning is not done every day, you have to ask for it (not a problem for us) - Great food (although too many fried options for kids), also great ala carte restaurant - A lot of entertainment (playroom, outside inflatable house, trampolines), very clean playroom (thumbs up for that, because I hate dirty public playrooms) - Good parking lot - Nice place for trips ( small city just around the corner, a lot of trails nearby)

- Beds were just terrible, just two beds pushed together, which means there is a huge gap between. Our child is used to sleeping between us and was constantly stuck between the two beds. Also the beds are extremely small and noisy. - Bedroom door were impossible to shut without making a huge noise (not convenient when you have a child sleeping in the bedroom) - Outer playground is literally in the parking lot and cars are constantly driving around your kid while playing - Animation program in the inner pool was just extremely loud, I believe it is not healthy for kids to be around something this loud. my kid hated it and so did I, we had to leave the pool everytime the animation program was about to start

Everything hotel-related was pretty good, the location is very nice, hotel premises, equipment, services quite up-to date, hotel parking available and close-by. Facilities and generally options for kid's pass-time activities very abundant. Breakfasts and dinners were rich in choice, options for lunch acceptable if needed.

The staff's ability to communicate effectively in English was minimal, most of the time it was more effective to switch over to Czech and gestures. The price of the hotel parking was very, very high and not included in the accommodation, parking lots pretty narrow; some guests are not well-organized and mindful, causing hard time for others parking next to them. Last but not least, in two rooms with two beds checked, all of them were quite loudly squeaking when the smallest movement happened, not to mention rolling over during sleeping or so.

Food, entertainment for children (animators, competitions, aqua park, pontoon slide)

1. One daughter got sick. So I wanted to cancel the reservation. But they didn’t care at all that a sick child could come and infect other children. 2. An absolutely strange lottery for children, when the child spins the roulette. Most prizes do not concern children, but concern their parents. But at the same time, in order to try again, a child needs to stand in the queque again. My daughter cried because she didn’t win anything for children despite the fact that the lottery is for children. So, I bought her a better thing that than she could have been won there. It turned out very unpleasant.

Overall, one od the best places we visited for families with children. The food was very good. Even our baby and breastfeeding mother cant eat any beef, milk and soya included food, they managed to get fed well enough. Alergen signs were sometimes wrong, but the personel corrected it asap.

We could hear the steps and bangs of other customers, propably children.... there should be could be some nightcalm time. Someone also propably tried to steal my cars wheels, because after vacation I was missing one of the wheels screws.

Brilliant location, comfy rooms, child friendly, decent food,,welcoming staff. Well maintained aquapark and spa facilities

No info about ski depot provided, we had to find out everything regarding it by ourselves. Ski depot located at the parking's corner. Full info received at receiption would help. No credit cards accepted by ski depot - quite strange. During check-in/out - very overcrowded. Please pay an attention - arcade games in game room are for charge, and costly.
