Conveniently located hotel, close to many hikes in the Krkonoše mountains. Sauna in the room was superb, breakfast were also nice.

Price for parking is quite steep 40 PLN/day, some places in the room were not 100% clean (blood stain on the sheet), very late check-in at 16:00. Very touristic area but that’s what we chose. The staff tries to be suuper helpful until it isn’t - at the breakfast for example, I was asked 5!! times if they could take my plate even when I still had food on it and was obviously eating, it was funny the third time, but the fifth time was really annoying. We didnt even stay that long - it was my only plate.

Beautiful new and very well equipped hotel, spacious rooms and friendly staff. There was a sauna in the bathroom and the breakfast was sufficient. The hotel is located close to the centre.

The surprise for us was that there is a charge for cleaning the room? Respectively we were only on a long weekend, so it did not restrict us, but if we understood correctly so there is no cleaning, ie not even taking out the baskets. It is not pointed out at the time of booking. There is a charge for parking (40 Zl) but this is clearly stated in the hotel terms and conditions.

Huge apartment with sauna in bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Great balcony with amazing view. Friendly staff. Free late check out was provided.

Breakfast products should have labels with names and ingredients. Some can have restrictions and allergies, it was very uncomfortable to ask. We were also asked to confirm that we will come with a pet. They mentioned that this is important to prepare the apartment accordingly but we have no clue what they prepared. 60 zl is a bit expensive for pet. Additionally we found a free parking out of property but 40 zl is also expensive for parking, if you want to park in property.

We stayed at Five Seasons one. The room was huge! More an appartement than just a room. There was a living room with a balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here. There was everything we needed. Coffee/tea in the room, a little fridge and we loved sitting at the balcony in the morning. The facilities (pool, sauna, cocktailbar) are at five seasons 2, as well as check-in, but they communicated that very well and it's almost around the corner. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast absolutely great! We've read that there wouldn't be that much options, well, there were plenty! Even as a vegetarian this was one of our best breakfasts during our trip around the country.

It can get warm in summer, especially since the bedroom had no window or airconditioning. We left the door and the balconydoor a little open.

Fantastic location, very comfortable beds, private sauna in the bathroom, breakfast was absolutely amazing. It is an apartment with a living room and a bedroom, quite spacious and relaxing, with a large balcony and table/chairs provided, really nice touch to the whole stay really. A peaceful and quiet hotel too. Walking distance to the cable car that takes you to Szrenica and to start the walking trail to the Kamienczyk Wodospad (waterfall). Next door to the hotel, there is a Minerals museum with amazing display of minerals, fossils and dinosaur skeletons from all over the world. Also, walking distance to the centre where we had a dinner one night (Młyn Łukasza- Lucas' mill is definitely worth recommending!). The hotel allowed us to leave the car for a bit longer on their parking on our check out day as we were not going to be back from Szrenica in time, which was very helpful. The staff in the reception were very friendly, polite and helpful.

If you want to access the outdoor pool, you have to walk to the hotel down the hill (the same chain). For the indoor pool, the hotel gives the access to the facilities in the hotel next door. It did not bother us as we did not want to use the pool but worth considering if you have kids with you. The outdoor pool is not a big one.

Sauna in the room! So cool and worth it. Everything was clean and breakfast was really good.

Wonderful stay - highly recommended! The room was spacious, clean, and located in a calm and peaceful area. The location is great, and breakfast was amazing - definitely a highlight of the stay. The hotel team was very professional and friendly! Check-in was done at Five Seasons Two, about a 10-minute walk away from Five Seasons One, but that was totally fine. Convenient parking is available in front of Five Seasons One for 40 PLN per day.

Nice hotel, no spa, but have agreements with the surrounding spas so that’s okay (although one of them has particular timeslots for visit and second one has to be booked in advance). Very nice staff, both reception and restaurant.

The mattress is very firm, makes it very hard to sleep on. The breakfast was advertised to be until 11 but when we arrived at 10:30 half of options were empty and they were not refilled anymore. Although we asked staff for some eggs and they were very accommodating.

Everything was good. I got bed for baby and Parking place. I liked breakfast a lot - food and high level service.

I was a bit surprised about sauna door handle. It was broken. It was not problem for me but I could see it was fixed before using toothpicks))) I would not say it was problem only would like to notice and maybe better solution could be found to fix it.

Great location, in walking distance from the centre of the village and on the other side 10-15 min walk to the lifts to Szrenica. Hotel is modern and nicely decorated. Amazing views from the balcony. Good breakfast with variety of fresh foods.

Beds were a bit hard. The restaurant is too small, at the breakfast time it was always very crowded there and it was even difficult to walk between the tables.
