The view, facility, staff, view, garden, parking, breakfast. Really it was exceptional. The apartment was very clean and specious. The furniture was convenient. The kitchen well equipped. Absolute perfect.

There was a bird nest above the balcony. There was a bit of poo. The owner placed a cardboard so it won’t stick to the floor. A very poor way to handle it. But not a big inconvenience. For the following , you need to pay extra : The pool, the sauna, the climbing wall - I think they could have arranged for that to be free. No AC, it got slightly hot but I would rate it as a mild inconvenience. The pool was too cold for my taste.

Location, space, equipment, service provided by staff. Food, pool, bike renting option. Underground parking, all barrier-free. The resort is modern but built in a style respecting the location. All furnishing was practical and nicely done. Kitchen well equiped. Modern and practical bathrooms. Balcony with seating option and nice view. Rich breakfast, including bread and charcuterie from resort's own production.

On some days, during a peak time, the breakfast room was crowded and guests had to wait to get seated up to 20 minutes. The staff reacted within 48 hours and organized an additonal seating space. This improved the situation.

Beautiful resort. We tried a private wellness session and absolutely loved it. It wasn't too expensive either. €97 for two hours for two people (even four can fit). You have a large sauna and jacuzzi to yourself. Very well-maintained and chic. Excellent breakfast every morning. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. There are beautiful walks nearby, but it's a bit of a drive, between 30 and 60 minutes. But it's definitely worth it.

The studio was quite small, with a small balcony and no comfortable chairs, so it wasn't really comfortable to sit there and enjoy the view. There were also very few cooking facilities, so you could only make or heat up simple meals. The kitchen was minimally equipped. The location was isolated, so quickly grabbing something from anywhere wasn't possible; you needed your car for everything. We were very suprised that a resort such as this, didn't have a charging station for electric cars.

The hotel is excellent! Wonderful place with great facilities and absolutely amazing for kids. The resort is located in beautiful area and is well kept with great selection of activities, really nice pool and wellness. It offers so much to do for adults but also kids. It has a free parking with your room. Restaurant offers great food and it serves lovely breakfast and selection of fantastic food for lunch and dinner. The rooms are big enough and have everything you need.

The only thing we missed was air condition in the room. It would be a nice to have especially in the hot days, nice to have but not must have.

Everything was very new and clean. It was very remote so the silence of nature is definitely there if you really want to de-stress. We had the Junior Suite with a nice view and it rained a lot so we definitely enjoyed the spaciousness and watched the French Open Finale for 5hours. Huge Balcony. There are cows to look at.

It’s remote so you definitely need a car to get around. Not many food options. Either eat at the hotel restaurant or a smaller restaurant across the road which belongs to the hotel somehow but had traditional Czech food. A third Restaurant Option would be nice. You had to pay for the pool.

Excellent location and a perfect place to relax. The room was very clean. Breakfast had variety and the staff was constantly filling it. 2 restaurants exist and are daily open,with Majak's restaurant exception,as it is closed on Mondays.

Not much soundproof. I wish the pillows were more comfortable. Since there is nothing in the area such as a supermarket,I wish there was some mini market at the venue or a vending machine. Not very satisfying the fact that you wait in the queue for breakfast.The waiting time was on average 10 mins.

The apartments are brand new, spacious, and extremely comfortable, offering stunning views. They feature a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy bed, and a large TV with numerous channels and apps. The entire complex is thoughtfully organized. Free parking is available in the underground garage, with plenty of spaces. Additionally, there is an enormous bicycle and ski locker, which is very convenient. The ski tracks are nearby, and there are plenty of areas for kids to enjoy sledding. The pool is nice, though it has limited capacity and incurs an extra charge. The property also includes a spacious kids' play area and a gym. I highly recommend this location for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Although breakfast was included in the price and was quite good, the lunch and dinner options could be improved. The menu remains the same every day, with limited choices, and the prices are unreasonably high. There is another restaurant across the complex, but it also offers very few options. I strongly recommend bringing your own food and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, as dining at the restaurant is not worth it. There is no pharmacy and ambulance nearby if you need medical assistance or medicine, so keep that in mind. There are no shops nearby, the closest store is 20min with the car.

Lovely, quiet, relaxing holiday! The staff at the Aldrov Resort are very friendly and accommodating, you can talk to them about anything and your wishes are taken into account. The rooms are comfortably furnished and you feel at home. The pool is worth a visit, even if it costs extra, but there is a small pool with a whirlpool and a large pool for swimming relaxation is guaranteed! There are many opportunities for hiking nearby, we tried the route to "Chata Tereza" and it was an exciting experience! The breakfast is excellent, everything you need is there. The parking garage is underneath the hotel and from there everything is accessible underground, very well organized!

Everything was fine!

Room was perfect - cozy, clean, beautifully designed and very spacious. Pool area and restaurant were beautiful too. Location is great - Aldrov ski area is very close, but if the weather is not pleasant, it is only 10 minutes drive to Horni Misecky with a higher altitude and guaranteed snow. Tesco Express grocery store is 15 minutes drive, with a wide selection of food and drinks.

Even though most of the staff were helpful and accommodating, there was a miscommunication with one receptionist who didn’t speak English, but the problem was later resolved by another receptionist. Also, we were unlucky to get to the pool area (which did cost extra) with a family with children who were jumping to the pool, jacuzzi, sitting on my lap in the jacuzzi, splashing. Although it is more of a problem of parents, but as the pool area is surveiled and there are rules stated, staff could have interveined. It was a pitty to leave after 40 minutes, because it was unbearable.
