Nice hotel, we were group of 4, but every one got comfortable stay in hotel. All what you need in the apartment, also got a present - bottle of wine, complimentary from the staff. Underground parking - 75polish zloty. Which is totally fine in touristic place. Breakfast with a big variety of food for every taste, but would be good if you change the juice - honestly say it’s not good. Staff in the bar - amazing, thank you for your service, unfortunately I forgot the name.

Wellness area , people in the changing room walk in the shoes from outside and if you do not have slippers any chance - the mud will be on your feet. You need to make a reservation for wellness , but reality is that the swimming pool will be occupied by kids which are in playing and jumping without control. But we enjoyed steam sauna and jacuzzi.

Manadatory parking fee of 150pln/30eur per day is a bit ridiculous

The object is really nice kept. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We didn't have a chance to sign up for "spa" activities, but we have used the bowling area and played pool.

I think that the object and it's services is a bit overpriced. Our stay in both: apartment and a suite was not much different, except for the higher price for a suite. The rooms are quite small and there is not much room to proceed with spa offers (Ex. swimming pool, bowling, night bar if the place is at 100% capacity). We had to sign- up to go to the pool that was overcrowded. Additionally, you have to pay extra for the car parking (almost $15 per night). The food was also ok. You could tell that many dishes were from the previous day. Overall, our stay was satisfactory; however, it WAS NOT 5 star quality!

Area of the hotel and all the facilities were very nice. The room was clean, well equipped, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast were OK too. Kids were also really happy due to many activities available provided by the property - swimming pool, game room, table football, billiard, etc. ..

The pool area, even though they try to manage its load, was crowded, especially in the evening times. Also, the changing room with the lockers is very small, and as everyone is so excited to go into the pool, people are stepping over other people's heads there. Also, a sauna-enjoying person could be disappointed. Except for the cold bucket, there is no other cold shower in the saunas. About 20 people could fit into saunas, but there are only 3 resting spots. There are no one-time sheets for the sauna, you are supposed to use one towel from your room and it's supposed to be used for the whole stay.

Excellent modern apartment, very clean and comfy, with everything you might possibly need there, even a small washing machine. Great play room for kids and well designed territory outside.

Very expensive parking, plus super small and uncomfortable parking lot. Cold water in shower. Swimming pool for reservation only, and no one will warn you of that. But at the end the water was cold there and not really worth going, not a single slide for kids, plus very little and overcrowded.

Sure, it is a beautiful hotel.. that is it.

This hotel is a scam: reasonable price for a room, but they force you (force you!!! Like very unpleasant), to pay for a parking even if you refuse to park. And price for a parking is a half price of your room!!!!!! Very unpleasant experience. At some point I felt like calling police, when they told me they won’t even give me a key for my room if I won’t pay for a parking space.

Very expensive parking! SPA is very small. Just 2 (!) changing tiny rooms… There were maxim 50 C in finish sauna (asked several times to do smth, they tried but failed in it))) Turkish hammam almost always didn’t work. So it’s quite cold in SPA zone. They don’t clean the rooms, don’t change towels- it’s for extra charge.

Beautiful architecture, spacious apartman, a lot of leisure activities like several types of saunas, swimming pool, bowling or billiard. It feels like being at home.

personal was detached for a luxury resort, overpriced drinks in addition for poor quality in the game room. We were said by the reception that we cannot pay or book a breakfast seat in advance but when we arrived to the brekfast there was a list available for other hotel guests. We did not understand why we had to pay brekfasts, dinners, drinks or any leisure activities in advance. Why they couldn't put it on the hotel bill so we could pay it all on departure. It was a bit annoying.

Great family fun. Had all the amenities needed for kids. Pool, sauna, indoor jungle gym, indoor bowling and outdoor playground were all pluses!

However, one pool and one jacuzzi for the whole resort was not enough. Since this was off season, not a lot of guests but I can only imagine when it’s the season. It did get a bit packed and we couldn’t all fit into one jacuzzi!

It's a very nice place with lovely surroundings. Breakfast and dinner were both very good and we enjoyed even the time spent in the bar in the night. Drinks a bit more expensive than expected.

It was supposed to be a wellness weekend with my friends but we didnt really spend there that much time as it was too tiny with lots of people.
