Lovely location.Great View of the lake and mountains. Spacious rooms. Clean rooms and bathrooms.. Great variety for breakfast. Nice service. Lovely italian bistro we had pizzas and pastas, service very nice as well... I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Couple things which are not major but would be great if could be improved: 1. As the hotel is quite big and rooms are located in different buildings: A, B, C etc than reception - we felt it could be nicer to have buildings better signed as it is easy to get lost .. We had small trouble to find Italian restaurant as well as it is on the opposite side of the road.... 2. We had family suite that had two bedrooms and a living room.. both bedrooms and beds were lovely however the reclining sofa in the living room had quite hard mattress hence uncomfortable to sleep on.. .. 3. The curtains in the living room were not working so it was very bright in the morning, it can be an issue as it would wake us up... 4. Air conditioning quite noisy but good to have as the days were very hot..

We really liked the area of the entire resort by the lake. It's a shame that you can't go to it (source of drinking water, entry prohibited). The hotel is luxuriously equipped. We got a room in the basement on the side of building B - quiet, with a view of the lake and close to the pool and outdoor bar. The outdoor wellness area with a view of the lake and the mountains is beautiful. Breakfast at the hotel is great - I have never experienced such a large selection anywhere. We didn't try the hotel restaurant outside of breakfast, but the pizzeria, which is located above the hotel apartments across the road, was excellent. The hotel also has a great location for trips. We really appreciate the little details - a glass of wine while waiting for check-in. Waitress handing out watermelon by the pool on a hot summer day. Evening visit of lamas from a nearby farm, which you can pet and walk with. All free. We would love to come again.

Little things like the very cold toilet seat in the room or the moving bed because it's on wheels (a bit noisy). We were a little surprised by the higher prices for Poland, but this will most likely be caused by the Krkonose region - bottled beer for 150 CZK. The hotel should have a larger wellness area for such a large number of people who can stay. Even though it was a hot summer day, in the end we all got into the pool and the hot tubes, but it was tight. It is clear that building another wellness center costs time and money, but at least buying sunbeds is not such a problem I guess - it was almost a fight for them.

Power cut due to weather ( but out of the hotels control ) As a result of power cut I asked for a discounted spa treatment ( as would not be the same experience ) but they refused even tho it wasn't the same as with the full experience ( heated movable chair , ambience music etc etc )

Unforgettable views and plenty of cool attractions. A great place to relax, close to Karpacz, and with a well-equipped spa on site. What more could you want?

Parking spaces are quite tight, the outdoor pool and jacuzzi are a bit small (for the number of people who want to use them), and the fact that you had to sign up for the evening bonfire at the restaurant was a bit strange.

I loved the overall layout of the buíding complex that is thougtfully designed with people and their comfort in mind.

Alhough it’s not really a complain, the resort has a plenty of empty space that could be utilized to engage. There could be table tennis tables or any other similar sport facilities.

Great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms clean with all facilities/equipment. Exceptional breakfast with huge variety of food, top quality. The hotel has a sauna, a gym, an in- and an outside swimming pool, spa and playrooms for kids of different age. The location is very good, close to both Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba and their tourist attractions (car recommended).

Perfect location and delicious breakfast

Very limited space at the jacuzzi and sauna, to a point that we were not able to use it for the whole weekend stay. I know this is due to that some guests are seating there comfortably for hours not worrying about others but considering, planned to built such a large hotel for so many guests and put in only few small jacuzzis, particularly outside wasn't the best deal.

the food was below standard for a hotel in this price range. The lobby bar tatar and ceviche was not fresh in taste. The burger was not adjusted for the taste but only for the looks. Can not recommend the burger, tatar, or ceviche. the breakfeast buffet was just standard, nothing fancy. check-in was to slow The hotel is big and I believe that the wellness area will be to small soon. more swimming options are needed.

Gorgeous location with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, amazing hotel with great facilities, super friendly, attentive and helpful people! The parking is easily available and included into the price. Our family weekend has been exceptionally beautiful. I highly recommend, and will be back again soon.

You have to pay extra for room cleaning You have to choose pool visit carefully in the morning. It is too small for the hotel size and easily gets very crowded. There is lot of chlorine in the pool. During dinner you cannot drink juices/coffee available during breakfast. Mojito at the bar was weak. Outside walks are very limited only to small castle on the hill. You are not able to walk around the nearby lake. There is big road along it and same parts are closed to the public. Rooms don’t have proper soundproofing. You hear water flowing, neighbors arguing. Signature martlet was closed.
