We really liked the area of the entire resort by the lake. It's a shame that you can't go to it (source of drinking water, entry prohibited). The hotel is luxuriously equipped. We got a room in the basement on the side of building B - quiet, with a view of the lake and close to the pool and outdoor bar. The outdoor wellness area with a view of the lake and the mountains is beautiful. Breakfast at the hotel is great - I have never experienced such a large selection anywhere. We didn't try the hotel restaurant outside of breakfast, but the pizzeria, which is located above the hotel apartments across the road, was excellent. The hotel also has a great location for trips. We really appreciate the little details - a glass of wine while waiting for check-in. Waitress handing out watermelon by the pool on a hot summer day. Evening visit of lamas from a nearby farm, which you can pet and walk with. All free. We would love to come again.

Little things like the very cold toilet seat in the room or the moving bed because it's on wheels (a bit noisy). We were a little surprised by the higher prices for Poland, but this will most likely be caused by the Krkonose region - bottled beer for 150 CZK. The hotel should have a larger wellness area for such a large number of people who can stay. Even though it was a hot summer day, in the end we all got into the pool and the hot tubes, but it was tight. It is clear that building another wellness center costs time and money, but at least buying sunbeds is not such a problem I guess - it was almost a fight for them.

Perfect location and delicious breakfast

Very limited space at the jacuzzi and sauna, to a point that we were not able to use it for the whole weekend stay. I know this is due to that some guests are seating there comfortably for hours not worrying about others but considering, planned to built such a large hotel for so many guests and put in only few small jacuzzis, particularly outside wasn't the best deal.

Great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms clean with all facilities/equipment. Exceptional breakfast with huge variety of food, top quality. The hotel has a sauna, a gym, an in- and an outside swimming pool, spa and playrooms for kids of different age. The location is very good, close to both Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba and their tourist attractions (car recommended).

the food was below standard for a hotel in this price range. The lobby bar tatar and ceviche was not fresh in taste. The burger was not adjusted for the taste but only for the looks. Can not recommend the burger, tatar, or ceviche. the breakfeast buffet was just standard, nothing fancy. check-in was to slow The hotel is big and I believe that the wellness area will be to small soon. more swimming options are needed.

You have to pay extra for room cleaning You have to choose pool visit carefully in the morning. It is too small for the hotel size and easily gets very crowded. There is lot of chlorine in the pool. During dinner you cannot drink juices/coffee available during breakfast. Mojito at the bar was weak. Outside walks are very limited only to small castle on the hill. You are not able to walk around the nearby lake. There is big road along it and same parts are closed to the public. Rooms don’t have proper soundproofing. You hear water flowing, neighbors arguing. Signature martlet was closed.

Very crowded wellness & spa zone, it is not matching to the size of the hotel; the furniture is from materials that show signs of being worn off already despite new; the showers are rather small + there is not many places to hand towels in the whole suite; for the price, I would expect more varied breakfast in terms of fruit and sweets; portions in restaurant are extremely small

During the stay a company party was organized in the hotel (outdoor area) - I would appreciate if the hotel would notify the upcoming event in advance. However, the hotel staff on site acted very professionally in resolving the issue.

Great place with stunning views, nice restaurant with a variety of delicious dishes and bar with tasty cocktails. I would especially like to highlight the spa with mountain views and the outdoor jacuzzi. Overall, our stay surpassed all expectations, and we can't wait to return.

The view is fantastic, overlooking the lake and hills. For breakfast there was a good selection of salads, sweets, and also the classics, eggs with sausage. Overall it was a nice stay with some things to improve.

The check in took 45 minutes. It's unacceptable long for any hotel. There were two receptionist, and they took their time. When it was our turn, they said the room isn't ready, although it was already 4 PM. The room service is only partially available. They didn't clean the room for one day, although we asked for it. Feels very understaffed, except the breakfast, that's organized very well. Also if you order food to your room before 7 pm, then you have to pick it up yourself. There are three saunas, one sauna outside (glass walls, looks fancy, but it's cold. Then inside one Finnish sauna (always full) and one Turkish. For the amount of people a bit too crowded. The 4 jaccousi are constantly full too, I didn't have a chance to use them.

Great place for retreat and relax. A large area in front of the lake is great for sunbathing, having a picnic or playing badminton. Big rooms with nice design and perfect soundproofing. Varied delicious breakfasts. Bar with a great view, tasty pizza in the pizza & pasta restaurant. Everything for your rest even if yoiu desided to come for a couple days. You can visit Zamek Księcia Henryka which is near the hotel. And there is building area with willas, so now I want them to be completed as soon as possible and come back there again )

A little bit complicated with room cleaning. You should call or come for the reception to book your cleaning, then wait. And in the finish i just wanted to change towels, but noone have done this, because cleaning came in the evening, when I was thought noone will come :) and I haven't put towels to the floor before we have gone to dinner ) After returning room was clean, but no fresh towels )) but it's not critical
