Overall, a great stay. Very polite staff, recently referbished, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, good restaurant.

Service in the restaurant is very quick (10-15min) when it's not busy, but can be slow in the opposite case (50min). As mentioned, the hotel was recently refurbished, but on a budget and it remains to be seen how the fixtures will stand the test of time, for example, the mattresses, that were OK for now.

Pool and leasure area only open for few hours in the late afternoon so if you check in later you will not even use it. Bad location. nothing to do in walkable distance. By busy road

Very good breakfasts, nice restaurant with home food and good set up with swimming pool and restaurant within the one building.

According reception lifeguard in the pool suppose to give us towels however when we came to ask told us towels finished. We came around 18 while swimming pool is opened till 21 so I'm sure nobody get the towel that day ...

Comfy rooms with all the necessary amenities. Although we checked in quite late and the kitchen was already closed, the staff were kind enough to lend us an electric kettle, so we can prepare our own food.

As the hotel is on the side of a busy road it’s convenient for those travelling by car, but walking alongside the road, a bit inconvenient for people travelling on foot, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault.

Beautiful view from balcony, very good food. Clean room, as extra you can smoke on balcony.

Great and comfortable place. Very kind staff. Tasty breakfast included, awesome price. It's the second time I come here in one year because my experience here is just great.

No hairdryer in the room. SPA is only open 17-21:30

The people who worked in the hotel and the restaurant, really helpfull and friendly. The room was new and clean. 15 min by car from Karpacz.

The sofa bed where the children slept was small and creaky.

Breakfast had many options to choose from. The room was big and the bed very comfortable.
