Breakfast choices were great; the room was well appointed and the beds comfortable; parking was plentiful. The hotel itself was very easily accessed by car and located just opposite a great parkland.

Would have liked greater promotion of the beer garden at the side of the hotel; great space which we only discovered on our last evening. Also, more information on how to access the pool would have been appreciated. The only discomfort in the room was the placement of a 'too large' chair which impeded access beside one of the beds. Two smaller chairs would have worked better, we think.

New superior rooms equipped with aircon units are perfect for the summer; it tends to get a bit hot in the building in June through to August. Loved the newly upgraded 3rd floor. Beds are so comfortable I slept 8-9 hours a night. The new showers are excellent (no basket or shelf to put your own cosmetics on though). Bathrooms in the superior rooms have new, better hairdryers. Excellent breakfasts & pizzas.

The phone number connecting to the reception is registered under a different company, and even though it calls the automated desk of Mercure hotels, the telephony operator displays a different company name on cellphone, which can be misleading. Despite the Mercure hotels answering the call, young gentlemen at the front desk said they don't know what to do with it and I'm probably calling a wrong number, which was patronizing and unkind. I was only trying to help.

Tasty and rich breaks. It was highlight of the stay. Hotel stuff was always nice and helpful. Even things what I did not like it's nice hotel. Room was facilitated with a cattle, bottles of water, cafe and tea.

Elevators are super slow and needed to wait quite time. Wellness was nice, but it needs renovation. Someone maybe like old-school style, but could look more modern. Robe for the wellness was not provided. Parking on front of the hotel is paid, but on the street behind the hotel are places for free.

We like breakfast, it was really good, with lots of delicious food to try. also, we like the fact that the car park was big and convenient so we could park there any time . The room and bathroom good size and clean, the mattresses comfortable so we had a night good sleep.

I was surprised that we had to pay additional money for parking, i assumed it would come with the price.

Nice hotel after renovation. Very good breakfast. Nice and polite staff. Nice furnished lobby and restaurant. Paid parking (not underground)

We had standart room. Beds were not so comfortable. Hotel is under reconstruction, but defenetily not this type of rooms.

We had Superior rooms - very nice, modern rooms. Bottled water was daily changed for free. Slippers in the room Swimming pool was smaller but very nice. Open from 7:00 - 12:00 and 16:00 - 21:00 Hotel restaurant do not have that much selection but food was delicious. Very delicious breakfast with costa coffee machine. A lot of parking spaces available

Since there is a swimming pool I would appreciate a bathing robe in the room.

The room was lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was excellent value and the food was delicious. Fabulous breakfast! We were very happy there and will definitely be staying there again!

Liked the Superior rooms, better than standard which are lot more dated. Nicer views from rooms facing out from back. Lovely park area opposite to explore.

Being really picky now, would have liked more fruit on breakfast menu and a sprung rather than memory foam mattress, would stay here again though.
