STAFF VERY SWEET AND BENT OVER BACKWADS TO HELP ME, A DISABLED PERSON, THEY ALSO HELPED ME TO GET UP WAY TOO MANY STAIRS! THERE WERE PROBLEMS IN HAVING NO KETTLE. FREE COFFE UP YET ANOTHER FLIGHT OF STAIRS. THEY DID BRING ME COFFEE AS I COULD NOT GET ANY. THEY EVEN BROUGHT ME A MEAL WHEN I REALIZED THERE WAS NOT EVEN A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM AND GUESTS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE KITCHEN PICTURED, IT WAS -YES-UP ON THE 3RD FLOOR! THAT'S WHERE BREAKFAST IS SERVED. HOWEVER, VERY CONVENIENT IN THAT IS RIGHT ALONGSIDE IZZA HUT. CLEAN AND NCE BATHROOM. FOR ABLE-BODIED ONLY.

Located in the centre of Jelenia Gora, just a 2 minute walk from the old market square and a 10 minute walk from a major shopping centre. Friendly staff. The building itself is quite interesting, dating to early 18th century.

The room was a bit small, with the window overlooking someone else's balcony, but it's perfectly acceptable given the price.

Great location of the pension, helpful staff and great breakfast:) once You decide to buy a breakfast You can also serve Yourself with tea, juice or coffee ☕ in the afternoon.

Thin walls between rooms, You can hear all noises from neighbours.

Perfect location for a short stay. Nice breakfast with a variety of choice. Located in 5 min from the city central square. Facility is clean and quiet. Perfect value for the money. Grocery, ATM's and other essentials are nearby.

Stairs are a challenge for the old people.

Generous hotel owners; the food quality, fruits/ drinks that are available 24/7 are not the cheapest in the markets. the soap/shampoo sachets, tissue papers are also not the cheapest ones . The room they gave me, a family room, was huge enough for me and my kids ( 2 interconnected rooms with a bathroom) we loved it; clean, fluffy new towels, scented rooms, quiet. We'll definitely come back here to this hotel when we're in this city.

My early check in was turned down when we arrived at the hotel earlier than check in but I was allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel therefore we already started our roaming of the area while waiting for our room to be ready. No elevator, but not a problem for us because we didn't have heavy luggage.

The staff are amazing, couldn’t do enough for my sister and I. The location is perfect.

It is a listed building, quaint and homely. Reception is inviting and rooms are airy and large. Very comfortable and safe.

The room was nice and cosy. Staff kind and very helpful. Breakfast just amazing. We love the idea not wasting food and chance eat it later :) Strongly recommend. Definitely will book it again.

The hotel has not private parking but paid parking is short distance to hotel.

The hotel is truly romantic: somehow nostalgic somehow falling apart. Building is old and really asks to be refurbished but the location, staff and vibe is just perfect. Overall I did enjoy this cosy and old school hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful building. Drinks and snacks available at all times. Location!!
