good location nearby Karpacz, nice architectural concept of closed residents area, exceptional selection of food at breakfast, very helpful staff, majority English speaking, food in restaurant Albero delicious ! Appreciation that receptionist able to manage apartments in one house for all 3 families !

pictures were better than actual condition of apartments, some equipment looks obsolete, not possible to adjust higher temperature in rooms, wi-fi connection unstable and really slow. Capacity of common areas (e.g. restaurant, wellness) seems were not designed for overall capacity of resort, consequence: common areas overcrowded.

The place is super clean, has great infrastructure, is excellent for family with kids club and heated pool included. The area is beautiful and quite close to the beautiful mountains in karpacz. The staff was also very kind and friendly.

it gets too bright inside the flat when the sunlight appears. It would be nice to have some blackouts, so when small kids are sleeping, it doesn't wake them up earlier. There was a BMW fans events happening and they were making loud when it was around 4am, waking us up, but I guess it's not a common thing there, so nothing that would preventing us from returning.

breakfast was amazing, pool as well, and for people with no kids there is option to enjoy the pool without kids late in the evening, that was really good option because there are a lot of people with kids :D

unfortunately there is no good option for bar or food place, there is inside one pizza place but when we went there they had some problem with system so we weren't able to eat at all :(

The breakfast offerings were exceptional and truly memorable, making them a highlight worth returning for. The wide array of delicious options provided a delightful start to each day. The hotel's location is truly remarkable, providing awe-inspiring views that enhanced my stay. Being able to admire such breathtaking landscapes directly from the hotel premises was a delightful bonus. As for the room, it was well-appointed and provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a cozy retreat away from home.

Unfortunately, I found the floor in my room to be less than satisfactory in terms of cleanliness. There were noticeable areas that appeared to have been overlooked during the cleaning process.

Amazing resort, a real paradise for kids, they will never get bored, free animated bus tours daily, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, amazing swimming pools , inflatable jumping toys and daily amusement programs. Great apartments with spacious terraces and beautiful views . Very nice staff, we loved it here and would definitely come back!

No cleaning service unless you’re staying more than 4 nights, No washing machine in the apartment Breakfast was delicious but every day it was almost the same with little variations, no croissants or muffins for example, no oatmeal porridge. The most negative thing was that the plates at the breakfast were so smelly, this happens when you clean the plates in the dishwasher but without rinsing, especially when they are dirty with fried eggs or meat. They need to rinse them well and use dishwasher deodorant. I write this review just to help improve the amazing service they offer , otherwise everything was perfect and I recommended Osada to all my friends

Breakfast and dinner were all you can eat style .The food was very diversified and high quality.In the price is included acces to the swimming pool, game room and to the gym. Apartment was very big,clean and included a kitchen.Parking was near the house with the apartment (6 apartments in the house).There is also a hotel in the building with the reception.The personal from the restaurant and reception were vey kind and helpful.

The water in the bathroom sink was kind of flooded,had to manually drag the sink plug every time I used it. Was not able to find some button\switch to drag the sink plug.

Great for a stay with kids, plenty od stuff going on to entertain the little ones.

It would be nice to have an additional breakfast option where you can just order a coffee and a crossant for a smaller price (70 PLN for a full breakfast option is a good deal but not when one just wants a coffee in the morning).

We liked the property, apartments were clean, beds are comfortable. I liked the fireplace in the apartment. Breakfast choice could have been better. But there is quite good restaurant on the property. Also, the nature is beautiful outside.

when we arrived, the receptionist forgot to give back my passport. throughout my stay they NEVER contacted me about the passport, nor did they send any note to the room. So I’ve left the property and only 3 days after CALLED they and they told me that they have it. I mean, the passport is my responsibility, but I expected that they AT LEAST call me!!!! or send a note…or tell something when we gave back the keys to the room. I had to drive 120km to the property and back to urgently pick up the passport because they never told me that they have my passport during my stay..

pleasant calm place, tasty food - a sufficiently large selection for breakfast, tasty and varied dinners, comfortably equipped accommodation, ideal for families with small children, not recommended for couples looking for privacy

the apartments could be better maintained - battered walls, dirty sofa, poorly functioning shower with limescale, eating in the lower hall slightly degrades the impression of the stay, although I understand that the upper restaurant does not have enough capacity

Nice dinner:) 🍽️ Calm place with kids super place 😊 they have kids club and spa has a kids pool. Very big complex here has a lot of houses with separate flats in main building has a spa and rooms if you dont want go outside after spa you need book a room not flat because flats are outside :) Girls in reception very polite and respectful:)
