We enjoyed every second of our four days at Aparthotel Svatý Vavřinec. We booked a one-bedroom comfort room, and for our family of four, it was more than we could have hoped for. So beautiful, atmospheric, and luxurious! The room has all the amenities you could wish for (washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher, and tons of storage space + balcony). The underground parking is reasonably priced and provides very quick access to the room and other areas of the hotel. The entire concept is very well thought out. The breakfast is also generous and delicious. Our children loved the play areas and felt completely at home in the hotel. We fell in love with Pec Pod Snezkou and will definitely be back. And when we do, we will definitely stay at Aparthotel Svatý Vavřinec again!

Our room's balcony overlooked a somewhat dated youth hostel. But that didn't bother us at all, because behind the hostel we had a view of a beautiful mountain ridge. We were just already very happy with the lovely balcony. Furthermore, only a few rooms in the hotel are on the hostel side.

We've thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay (family 2+1). The whole service/staff was outstanding and the meals at the hotel restaurant were excellent. The wellness facilities were nice, the massages were at a professional level. The children's playground and virtual room were a great bonus for our child.

Although we fully enjoyed our stay and rated the overall experience with the highest grade, there are two minor areas that could be improved: 1. Elevators – They felt somewhat slow and lacked sufficient capacity, especially during peak hours like breakfast time. This led to longer waiting times, though it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. 2. Car Charging Management – With only two wallboxes (10 kW/h) for the entire complex and a manual system for handing out charging cards (just two cards per hotel), there was no real control over the charging process. As a result, some cars remained parked overnight without actively charging or having finished long before. This setup isn’t very convenient if you rely on charging your car, so having an alternative plan is advisable.

Studio with a small kitchen, including kitchen basics like plates and mugs etc and balcony, and a separate sleeping room, very very nice. The village supermarket is in the same building, so it is easy to get some stuff if required. Also parking was included. Hotel Restaurant is very nice as well, the breakfast is very good, unless you are vegan. But you can book without breakfast if you have the apartment and have your own vegan breakfast.

Wellness has extra cost and is in my personal mind a bit too pricey for the "hotel wellness", however as a hotel guest you will get some discount. Last but not least a safe for your valuables was missing. However that's a surplus. All in all we can clearly recommend the Hotel.

I like the room, the view, and all the hotel's facilities. Also, we asked to park our car in the hotel's parking for an extra few hours, and the receptionist allowed us to do so without an additional fee. It's our second stay at this hotel and we have enjoyed it.

The breakfast was not prepared for people with a plant-based diet. Last time there were more options. And this time, the only things labeled Vegan were - vegetables (seriously??). There is only a variety of meat and eggs, but not plant-based food. If we had not had breakfast experience from our previous stay at this place, I would not have judged it. But, we know that the hotel could be better at it.

Great location. A lot of room to store your stuff in the apartment and everything you need was there. Awesome service for dog owners and very dog friendly. They have their own supermarket so you can get what you need. Nice wellness and game area. Great staff and amazing breakfast. Also parking was good and easy. Staff did everything they could to meet our demands.

Can get a bit hot because there is no A/C. I'd like the hotel to have a pool.

Great place for families with small kids - additional ski room included in price, menu for children in hotel restaurant, optional spa&wellness - hotel overall really clean and silent, located in the centre of Pec, so we didn't have to walk much to get anywhere, everything was within arm's reach. Helpful receptionists were always ready to give advice.

Amazing hotel with a beautiful view from the window in an awesome location, and super dog-friendly. There was even a welcome snack, towel, and bowl for a dog. It was so cute. The terrace was awesome. Good breakfast with many options. We got a free room upgrade, and it was so awesome. Nice kids playground outside and kids room inside.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean and cozy, the apartment was thought out to small detail. The wellness center was lovely (3 saunas, jacuzzi), located directly in the hotel, almost empty during November. I also enjoyed a nice classic massage by Iryna. The parking in the garage was comfortable. The hotel restaurant is very good, maybe a little bit too expensive. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful!

Everything from the staff, apartment, wellness and spa treatments, breakfast and more were wonderful. I would fully recommend this as a place to stay as a couple or with children. They did a great job to make sure our stay was good.

Beautiful, modern apartment-style hotel with a comfortable restaurant, play rooms for kids and easy access to the amenities in town. Well-laid out apartment with ample space for families. Dog treat, maps of walks in the area with pets and cover for couch were all nice touches.

A bit more sound-proofing on doors, ceilings. Walking through parking garages to other parts of the hotel was a bit confusing.
