Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. 2 king size comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen. Good carpark. Lovely staff. Good breakfast in very nice restaurant surroundings. Great location for access to chairlift up Mt Snezkou and other walks and being right in the town it's good for other restaurants. ( Visited in April/May) Also loved the spa area in sister hotel with outdoor jacuzzi. Very reasonable price.

The balcony is very small and the view not so good. But the hotel is right in the town so this is not expected. The outdoor roof area of the spa had a lovely view however.

The location, the facilities and the staff were exceptional. The fitting out of the apartment was just right with every accessory needed. Even as far as a shoe horn available in the coat closet. We also liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Oh and good selection of local dishes in the comfortable restaurant. Where the seats were covered with soft blankets or woolen fleece. Very nice touch in an already pleasant environment.

It would have been useful to have somewhere to sit in the entrance hall when changing shoes. A small bench perhaps? In the name of safety, a grab rail on the wall above the bath would also have been nice. As pensioners we are very aware of the possibility of slipping while stepping in and out of a full size bath in order to shower.

Nice and brand new apartment hotel at the very heart of hiking routes. All the rooms got fully equipped kitchen. Despite comments I've read here the breakfast was good. I can only suggest few more things to add - better selection of bread and dairy free / vegan products. We had small and convenient balcony facing the wood as requested during booking, 2 big TVs, 1 toilet and 1 big bathroom, convenient parking in the underground level.

I was aware that hotel has no territory except outdoor terrace of the restaurant. That terrace is facing bus stop and so is not the best place to spend time during the day, but it is ok at night when there is no busses. Did not like the bed, blankets and linens - they are ok, but not on the level of the hotel cost and other equipment in the room.

Location was good, apartment was clean, restaurant was really good. I would like to come back during the winter season, I’m sure it’s great for skiing

The apartment we had was on 2 separate floors and it was annoying to keep climbing the inner stairs to get to the bedroom. But the kids loved it. My personal preference is to have all room at the same level

Our stay was amazing! The team even provided us with a room upgrade which came as a great surprise. The view was awesome and the wellness as well as the breakfast were great! Everyone was really friendly in the hotel. Overall 10/10, definitely staying there again when we visit the region.

- super strict check-in/check-out rules (extra pay if not respected) - additional payment required for electrical car charge - parking lots are very narrow, difficult to open the doors if other cars are parked (even if centered)

Apartment was very clean, comfortable, you can find everything you need, it is like you are in your own place ) Staff is very kind, helpful. Indoor parking is very big value when it is snowing in outside. When you stay at the PECR DEEP for Wellness Centre you have to go to outside as PECR WELL is 100-150 m far from PECR DEEP, but there are 4-5 types of saunas and jacuzzi, very clean and excellent conditions for relaxation.

Although the restaurant itself is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the service is excellent, the food is a disaster. Breakfast is also very poor. If you stay at this hotel, I recommend you to choose other restaurants around for food

The breakfast was great. The hotel also offers many nice to have, like transportation around the city, a free spa before 5 pm, etc. The city skibus has a stop in the hotel parking lot, so getting to the resort was excellent and straightforward.

We arrived pretty late and were instructed by the staff to retrieve the door cards from a lockbox. The cards were not working, and it took us more than an hour to get ahold of the team to help us. Luckily, I decided to try ringing the emergency phone number one last time when someone picked up and helped us in. The staff was also very sorry about what happened and more than made it up for it!

Hotel was clean, modern, spacious, well located, had a nice and plentiful breakfast.

If I had to pick, the hairdryer needs to be replaced with a new, modern one, and the water pressure was a bit weak.

The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The bath tub was super relaxing and the balcony was very quiet. We enjoyed having the fully equipped kitchen and the apartments are well-designed with ample storage areas. The breakfast is good and the spa is amazing. The wellness time was an exceptional bonus with wonderful facilities. The hotel is baby and dog friendly with a nice stroller friendly path into the forest from the hotel. We will definitely visit again.

The coffee at breakfast could be improved. It was not drinkable so everyone drinks the juice in the morning and they run out quickly during the breakfast service.
