The hotel is an absolute Gem. Super modern, super clean, beautiful ambiente. The location is top, right at the beginning of the hike to the Snezkou and in walking distance to the lift. The staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant stands out in comparison to the other ones in the town. The quality is superb, from the rooms, to the lobby, the garage and of course to highlight the spa area with 2 saunas, whirlpool and bookable massages. I was here in summer, so for hiking, not for skiing. It´s not as lively as Spinderuv Mul, but a great place to stark hiking trails as well. The town is small, but has everything you need, a supermarket, many restaurants, tourist info, fun activities - particularly for families. If you don´t ski like me but like the mountains, I can definitely 100% recommend this place.

Pec pod Sněžkou, a charming village giving tourists from Poland a chance to see Sněžka from the other side. Excellent location of the hotel. Very effective email communication at check-in, check-out and billing. Staff helpful, courteous and in good humor. The hotel is fairly new (2019 ?) and well maintained. Rooms comfortable and clean with interesting wooden finishes. Good breakfasts, although it can be crowded at certain hours. Restaurant offer interesting and ambitious - it is worth trying especially dishes that we do not make ourselves at home. If by car, it is worth to book parking place at the hotel. Parking spaces in town are limited or far Wellness zone – body-friendly treatments: jacuzzi, sauna, massages and more – professional and helpful. It is worth booking an hour to avoid crowds.

This is not a drawback, but a feature. It is worth asking for parking at level zero. Parking on level minus one is valet parking - a guest can block another's car or be blocked. The friendly staff helps.

The hotel is modern and neat, huge windows, nice bathroom, comfy bed. The location is great, near the toboggan, 10 minutes to the slope. The breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit and even prosecco. We had half board and the dinner was also very nice, restaurant quality, although it was a bit weird that a 3 course dinner is an amuse-bouche (a tartlet) + 2 normal-sized dishes. We had a room with great view, a pleasant surprise was that the staff prepared a dessert for my husband who had a birthday. Overall a great stay.

Minor issues: our room was very hot and nobody knew why as the thermostat was set on 21°. When I addressed this at the reception no one could help, luckily the window could be open. The parking is expensive and I would expect it to be less hectic: when we arrived it was half empty, however in the morning our car was blocked and then another car was parked at our place so we had to spend some time figuring this out, for this price I would expect this to be more straightforward. Also the kid room was closed, hope we get to enjoy it next time

Great value for money. This 4 star hotel could easily beat many 5 star hotels in Czechia in quality. Reliable destination charging of my Tesla EV in the garage (11KW, 12CZK/KWh).

We had a standard room, but I would expect better coffee machines like Nespresso in the room for the full 100% quality experience, otherwise rooms are superb. There was no mention of EV charging on the booking.com, so I did not notify reception in advance which caused little organization disturbance for their parking services and time delay...

liked everything as always, value for money. the only negative was the new person at the reception, who was not very friendly in my opinion. Usually upon arrival they offer a glass of prosecco, but the person who registered us did not seem to be in a mood and talkative at all, neither offered us anything. At the same time at the next counter the employee offered other guests a glass of prosecco, asked how was their way to the hotel, and if everything was fine, it was very nice

Really good value for the money, given the value of breakfast and dinner (both tasted good). Really new spacious rooms of modern design and comfortable beds. An idea for management: make a snack bar/shop at the reception or install a vending machine. Guests want to munch on snacks while watching TV sometimes, and the selection in minibars is too small. I don't mind buying everything from the hotel since it is the business model of the entire area but I want to have a bigger choice.

Complimentary water comes in smallest bottles possible. That is a very cheap move that partially ruins the overall image of an exclusive hotel that you are trying to convey. No, the size will not motivate me to take another 0.33l from the mini bar. 0.66l is still too little. Same about Nescafe Classic for coffee and no creamers. Rooms of such quality in a Grand hotel call for pod coffee machines.

Our room was simply perfect! Lovely view, nice and calm. Excellent massage, and wellness section. Beautiful eating area with a great breakfast selection and a tasty dinner selection with dim lights and calm atmosphere.

-That the wellness/sauna had to be booked in advance to a certain time. -That I had to pay extra for parking. But Im glad I was able to use it. -The waiter in the evening wasn’t patient and clocked out and closed our dinner tab before asking us how we’d like to pay. He also added himself a hand written 100,- tip without asking, luckily we caught it in time and cancelled it with the management. Just one waiter (older) the rest of the waiters were professional.
