Good parking situation in a garage, validated by the hotel. The room was nice, rather dated but very clean. Mine came with a bathtub and balcony. There were also towels and bathrobes for those who wanted to use the indoor pool or sauna. Staff was excellent, great Service. Breakfast was an extremely large buffet, lots to choose from. Dinners are either buffet or a la carte at reasonable prices.

As of often the case in older hotels, it was difficult to find a plug to charge the phones next to the bed. (Modern hotels often have USB plugs already available.) I unplugged the beside lamp and that worked. Just a small detail that’s not a dealbreaker. :-)

Wonderfully relaxed and positive atmosphere Super-friendly staff, helpful and efficient; Marco, Bobe, and Suzanne on reception.  Restaurant (breakfast) staff service was again quite superb!  Room was a revelation, good-size, with oldy-worldy décor - traditional real wood style. Bed very comfortable, TV setup to watch YouTube All-in-all would highly recommend Maritim… will definitely be back!

Big room, nice staff and very good breakfast

The rooms are a little bit outdated, although big not what you could expect from Maritim. Showering in a bath is not my idea of good. A thermo water tap is now standard in 2020 and avoids not stable temperature. The rural houses are not inspiring

Excellent staff: always polite & helpful: especially Cacurri, Bobe and Sin TV with good Internet services, eg YouTube app included.

No tea-coffee making facilities

The breakfast was great. The room was a little outdated-could definitely do with an update for the price. The pool was great though-warmer than others. Plus a balcony on the room, and minibar and it was very quiet by the park, so I got a great night's sleep.

Just the rooms could do with an upgrade- they are very 1970's and the bathroom. Apart from that it was a good stay.

The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of eggs, bacon, cheeses, and Champagne.

At breakfast the coffee thermoses had to be refilled may times with 4 sitting people at a table. There were simply not enough staff at the breakfast to keep up with the coffee refills. Once incident that almost ruined our stay was due to a very rude staff member (I don't have the name) working the afternoon and evening of Saturday, 9 Jul. She was very rude to me when I asked for a spare key to one of our rooms, and later in evening she was very rude to my wife when another person left their key in the room. She very rudely stated to my wife, "I'm a receptionist not a key person. I don't have time to deal with people loosing keys!" This person almost ruined our stay at your hotel, and this person is not the type of person who should be representing your hotel.

Perfect location to the town for the Christmas market ,only 10 minute walk. Staff all very friendly and spoke good English Hotel very clean and felt safe as staying alone here

Needs modernising in areas

We were passing through but the hotel is near some big lake and other attractions. If it was normally occupied I think it would probably feel crowded, but it was almost deserted on our visit due to coronavirus. Staff were very pleasant, meals looked to me very expensive so I didn’t have them. Room with child’s bed and bath was good, and spa area perfectly adequate. Parking was good, thank you guys!
