Hi All. Just wanted to say thank you. Only 10 min away from motorway A2. Got big room with a fantastic comfy bed. Only 10min walk to village centre with a some quality restaurant. Also plenty lical pubs/bars serving great german beer. Very helpful staff. Clean pleace. Perfect to have a break in your long journey or city break for 2 or three nights.

Receptionist was a great help, one of the best i have encountered. Very good hospitality :)

The room was a nice size and clean. Easy to walk into town if you are fit.

Very basic accommodation, the bed was way too soft so very uncomfortable, the furniture is dated and the overall hallways and carpet need improvement/ cleaning. So way to expensive for this facility.

Clean breakfast offering was value for money. The room and bathroom was clean

Room had the comfort level of a guest room built in a cellar. Bed was soft and lumpy so we’re the pillows. If what we had was an upgrade I would have hated to see the original.

The place was closed (no lights on) and nobody answered the doorbell. We called the telephone number provided in the confirmation of the booking but there was only an answering machine. We had duly informed of our arrival time when making the booking and no comments was received plus sent messages on the road of our estimated arrival time so we expected to be let in. Luckily a neighbour advised us to nice Friends Hotel nearby and said that the owner of Haifez would pay us our money back, and this is what we expect to happen soonest.

Nothing. Our statemant at this hotel was horrible. We paid for 3 nights and we came late on check in cause we came from the other country and we had a long way to drive. When we arrived there wasn’t anyone on the reception, the hotel was locked and they were not answering our phone calls. We were so angry and we paid the room in the other hotel for that night. Next morning they didnt even want to talk about that situation and refusing to give us our money back for that night.

The service was not good, women on the reception wasnt nice to us. Rooms are poor, they didnt even changed our towels for 3 days!!! Everything was HORRIBLE!!!

Don't book here you will stay on the street I was 19:59 Infront of the door and it was locked I called the phone given it was turned off I ring the door bell multiple times nobody came
