The property was very centrally located, just minutes from the rail and bus station. The hotel is very modern with very comfortable rooms and a great gym. The hotel team are all very helpful and responsive. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, healthy, fresh options every morning ,the staff in the restaurant were very helpful as my daughter was gluten sensitive.Elke ensured that gluten-free options were available. I have no reservations recommending this hotel

Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were there for a competition that started before breakfast was available. Because our child couldn’t have breakfast they gave us a bag with food and juice to take to the competition! That was super nice. The fitness and the table Fußball were great as well.

The parking was a bit uncomfortable.

The location was really good. The breakfast was nice, except that there was not much selection for me who does not eat pork. The room was clean and spacious enough for the purpose. There are lots of cloth hangers provided.

I have to request for tooth brush and tooth paste to the reception. I thought it should be basic necessity of every guest.

Central location in Biberach, close to the train station. Modern, recently built or renewed. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very quiet. Slept like never before. Beds of great quality. Amazing breakfast and really good restaurant with great choice of wines. Excellent staff. Friendly. Available. Responsive and attentive.

Last minute booking was pricey but worth it! Car parking garage is low ceiling and tight.

Good location with easy access to the town. Clean rooms although, no water given, which is a shame. Other than that, great for what I needed it for.

No water in rooms and poor choice of tea bags.

The room was small but comfortable. it had a coffee machine which we could also use to boil water for our tea. A good variety of breakfast choices. The Reception staff and the Breakfast Room staff were very friendly.

Limited supply of tea supplied to room, only two tea bags a day. Also only two milks and 3 sugars replenished each day. The day before we were to leave they totally forgot to replenish the tea, sugar and milk, which we only realised when we went to get a cup of tea before bed.

Friendly helpful staff on arrival and helpful staff on checkout. We were able to lock our bicycles up safely in the secure underground carpark. Modern accommodation right on the edge of the old town, within walking distance of all the sights. Good size room. Plenty of electrical outlets with USB points at bedside. Room large enough to store luggage without tripping over it. Breakfast had lots of options. Reception area had a self-serve station for takeaway coffee on checkout - we didn’t use it as we were on bicycles, but what a unique idea that left a good impression. We were able to check in 2 hours early (the hotel didn’t seem that busy).

Air conditioning did not cool the room. Very noisy road at all hours; the windows could not be left open to cool the room due to the noise. Restaurant not open on Sunday night. Normal 4pm check-in time is very late.

The Staff is very friendly and supportive. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and plentiful. The hotel and especially rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Bar is beautiful and drinks were very good. Its all arranged with a lot of taste. Very comfortable bed and lighting in the room. Availability of coffee to go is an amazing idea :).

It was difficult to keep the floor in the bathroom dry due to the shape of shower and door; I needed to use the floor heating for it. The room was quite small.
