- the hotel is really close to the city center - right next to the hotel is a Penny, if you want to buy any groceries - the room is very clean - they leave you some traditional candy on the pillows as a treat when you first arrive - there's free apples and candy in the hotel lobby - the breakfast bread is really good

- the breakfast buffet doesn't really have such a wide variety of food and the food is the same every morning

Room is comfortable and facilities, breakfast, etc. are good quality. Staff are very friendly and the stays are always pleasant. I have stayed a number of times and been very happy to keep coming back.

Due to the location of the hotel (not their fault), noise from the roads can cause sleep disturbances (e.g. in this case the snow plough going around at 3am!). Wifi signal can be very patchy in the rooms.

Restaurant could be open longer and ability to sit outdoors in evening when it is warm is curtailed at 10pm I didn’t like the fact you had to put a sign out if you wanted room to be refreshed…should be automatic. Would also be nice if water and Betthupferl were replenished each day as the cost of the room is the same!

There was a good selection at breakfast including bacon, crossaints, meats and cheeses and fresh bread. The rooms were a good size and very modern and tasteful. It looked clean and well cared for. The check in staff and breakfast staff were very friendly. They are taking steps to be eco with big soap bottles and lights controlled by key card. It was nice and quiet until the traffic gets going in the morning.

The parking is an extra 12 euros. I think it should be included considering the price of the hotel and the fact its not situated where anyone else is likely to abuse the car park. They just need to add hot chocolate at breakfast.

Everything was nice and like in the description. The beds were comfortable and the room pleasant. Even though the hotel is next to a road, we almost did not hear any traffic. The self-check-in process was easy. We loved the breakfast with large choice of meals (for different types of diets).

Not having the reception open in the evening at weekend.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were lovely and the buffet breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of fresh food, including fresh crispy bread. The centre of town is 5 min away, and the railway station about 15 min walk.

Would have been really happy to have tea & coffee facilities in the room.

Lovely room, everything was of a very good quality. Liked the breakfast, and it was nice to have a bar available with comfortable areas for sitting. Parking was easy to access and pleantiful.

The hotel is well located at walking distance from the city centre, and conveniently located to reach by car. It has a garage. The restaurant offers few options but of good quality at a good price, with extremely kind and helpful personnel . Breakfast exceeded my expectations with many different options and good quality.

wifi reception was not always good in my room

Rooms were very modern, very clean. Spacious for luggage. Breakfast was nice, a wide variety to choose from. Hotel staff was friendly. Location is in the middle of Biberach, very close to downtown and not too far from the train station.
