Arrived at Cuxhaven by very late running steamship, and after 22h00 check in time. One of the girls phoned me with instructions for late check in. But the two girls, each one charming, friendly, helpful and speaking fluent English, were still there when I arrived at the hotel, a good job that they were for they helped me with the check in at the machine in the lobby. This machine is very complicated and requires lots of information and then wouldn't accept my card for payment, so they took payment at the reception desk, which they said they weren't supposed to do after hours. There is an English language button for the machine. A good, clean room with all you need. The breakfast is very good indeed with a lovely buffet of many things to make up a varied and healthy breakfast, beyond my expectations.

The hotel is a bit of a impersonal place, you don't check out and must pay the night before, including extra for breakfast if you want it. Personally as a 75 year old I would prefer that they took my payment automatically on the evening of arrival and had a simple key box for late arrivals, rather than a complicated machine that really would be a struggle with on your own, in my opinion.

Location and value, clean hotel, stylish design inside and outside!

That I have to pay for parking and no charger for EV cars. With cards access keys will be much easier to access instead of codes. And no tulle fitted in the room, so it is not possible to see sun/day light and change your clothes wile someone is talking on the car park in front of your window!

Good location for our plans. New building so everything was clean and worked well. Good parking and friendly staff.

A bit too costly for the size of the room. Poor television channel selection. Overpriced breakfast given the level of selection.

Friendly staff, fast check-in, very clean room - everyrhing that one needs after a long journey. Nit far from train/bus station, just few minutes of walk. Also some fast foods open until late in a walking distance.

Nice location close to Siemensgamesa - so a stay for work is was just like I expected.

The breakfast was nothing to write home about, very limited selection, but fine and fresh bread/coffee.

The hotel is in an industrial area. Not a very nice walking area when dark.

Excellent check-in and check out service especially during covid times. Loved the use of self checkin terminal. Breakfast great value for money. Location is also very good as it is just 13 mins away from station. Very comfortable beds and linen. Great of use technology towards customer comfort and safety. English is spoken but not very good but enough to help you out.

The room is cold, even though the linens are very warm and keep you warm. You can hear the next door neighbors if they are loud, but we didnt face that. More options in the breakfast for vegetarians other than cheese would be very appreciated.
