The room was fabulous! Big, good materials, really classy and nicely furnished, fully equipped! the bathroom was also great. The overall hotel structure is really nice and it's great to have an easy accessible parking garage (even at a cost of 17 € per day)

No indication of additional charges by the personnel at the reception. The parking is on top, and I can agree with it, but at the check in they should clearly state the cost as an addition to the room charge. I found it not professional from a nice hotel

Great room . Spacious, clean and with very comfortable bed . Bathroom with separate tub plus shower . Indoor secure bike storage . Elevator to upper floors . Reception was very pleasant . Immediately across from train and bus station but very quiet . On-site restaurant was really good with good food choices and reasonable price point . The hamburger I had here for dinner was one of the best I have had anywhere - in Europe or in the U.S. . Very good Breakfast with extensive food choices . Will definitely stop again when on another bicycle journey .

Room was lovely, comfortable, great bed and shower. Breakfast was very good. Hostess at breakfast went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Front desk was pleasant.

I had a thermostat problem in my room that was reported first day and never fixed during my 3 night stay.

Spacious rooms and clean. Beautiful classic furniture, the bathroom was also very spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine but basic. The parking garage beneath the hotel has its own entrance. Everything was very well secured, which gave us a good feeling. I would stay here again next time!

It was very busy at breakfast, there was not enough tables for everyone so you had to have your breakfast at the bar.

Great location, huge rooms, very good restaurant for dinner and for breakfast. Amazing value for money. They had a nice gym and spa (spa not included), parking giving access straight to the hotel. Located on a corner of the main street with restaurants and shops, in front of train station, and yet quite calm.

More toiletries would have been nice for a 4-star hotel. They only had the "hair - body - face wash" big bottle attached to the wall, this looks very cheap. The gym could have offered water and air conditioning (really hot inside).

- Parking is not for free, I think for a hotel with such price it could be for free - Mattresses are fine to chill, but for sleep they are not so comfy - I don't know if it's objectively but I expected slippers and some hotel toiletries samples (there is only a soap dispenser)

The room was very cozy. Bed was comfortable, we slept good. Breakfast was very delicious. We particularly liked the selection of fresh baked bread and different home made marmalade and jams. All the staff were very nice and friendly.

Convenient for Spa stay at local therme. Rooms are large, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is great with lots of options. Parking is easy to access. Short walk to restaurants.

The room temperature was -as always in this hotel - extremely hot, even when setting the temperature to the minimum. And I love hot temperature, but it is extreme.

Very modern, beautifully decorated, literally in front of the train station, so you don't have to walk a lot or take a taxi. The way to the thermal waters is about 20 minutes walking.

The beds are way too soft. But maybe also a thing for one selbst to determine. Spa not included and with a price of around 65€ pro hour Breakfast repetitive, ALWAYS the same, they never changed a thing
