I liked all aspects in general, the Junior suite was great, staff was always friendly, the spa was brilliant and nice they were a bit more relaxed about using it after 10pm.

The front desk was a bit dis-functional at times. Room Service was a bit scatty. twice they sent the wrong main dish, once they didn't turn up at all and the order got lost on their system (tablet order). The breakfast choice which was a bit airport like. Horrible scrambled eggs and lack of freshness overall it seems. just needs a boost of freshly cooked eggs or omelet's. The bar was closed a lot in the week and Sunday shadow staff was just poor but Germany likes closing down on a Sunday so fair enough.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and kind, and made an extra effort. Special thanks to Colette. The breakfast was delicious and had great variety. The pool and sauna were very pleasant and clean. The location was within easy walking distance of good restaurants and historic sights.

The room was spacious, bed and pillows quite comfy. Breakfast was exceptionally good, food tasty and with many regional products and special extras offered. The city view from my room (5th floor) was also very nice. Bathroom could be maintained with a bit more care, but was okay to use still.

Wi-fi connection possibility provided by the hotel was absolutely unsatisfactory. Both in the room (very-very bad to the point of unusable) and in the lobby (still bad, but usable with some patience). This didn't depend on the time of the day, but it was generally just a very low signal everywhere. Something like this comes absolutely unexpected in a European hotel of this rating. They should urgently do something to remedy the situation.

Very clean. Check in efficient. The ladies at the reception were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was very good . The restaurant where they serve the restaurant is immaculate.

It was a hot day and the room we stayed in did not have air conditioning. We made do with the fan though. There seem to be some rooms with air conditioning.

Room are very clean, stuff are really helpful able to accommodate All my requests during my stay. Spa and quick swimming was amazing, Breakfast is good with lots of options. my wife lost her ring during changing rooms and was found after check out. Can’t be more greatfull. Short walk to city, Recommend and for sure will be back on my next visit to giessen

The breakfast was tasty. The room was very clean and spacious. Far away from noises. The staff at the reception was very kind and helped me a lot in terms of invoice and checks.

The breakfast offers wide variety of dishes, but it would be even nice to show which one contains what. Some plates didn't have any names of the dish.

Breakfast is good. Not so many kinds of food. Room clean, quite small. WI-FI OK. Parking is in the parking lot directly in hotel. I had no chance to go to pool or sauna. Seems to be OK, because there go many people. Good is also electricity is ON even if you go out, because of notebook recharging. There is coffee and tea in the room. Diner as bufet is also fair and tasty.

Check-in is too long and complicated. On the other hand check-out and payment was quick. On one side of hotel is noisy road. Quite high price.

Excellent and tasty breakfast, friendly and professional staff, comfortable bed, quiet area, convenient parking, etc. Steinsgarten had everything we needed for a good recovery.

It could not be better, at least per our experience.

We went to a concert the night of our stay and only went to bed around 2am. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am. There should not be a housekeeping visit to a hotel room on check-out day before checkout time. Or rather until the room checked out. thanks
