Overall, it has been an excellent week at the InterCity hotel. Rooms were big and bathrooms were amazing. It is brand new and everything is clean and good. We stayed for a week working in Geseke and has to go there by train every day. Hence, the fact that the hotel is literally above the train station makes it perfect for someone who comes either for working or to travel to other places in Germany by train. Also, there were some supermarkets nearby and the city centre of Paderborn is just 20 min away. I would definitely come again if I had the chance to.

Some staff didn't speak English very well. It was sometimes difficult to make ourselves understood. However, they were eager to help us and try it hard so that we could have what we wanted to. Especially, I asked for Olive oil (I'm Spanish and I need Olive oil for breakfast) and one of the chefs brought it the day after that. I was impressed and thankful for that.

Perfect location, directly at the Hbf. I was very satisfied with my stay. My room was very comfortable and I loved the breakfast and the restaurant. Since I was fasting (Ramadan) I asked whether I can pack the breakfast for take away(breakfast included in my booking). The staff was very nice and offered my take away bags. I love the fact that they are concerned with the customers conditions and are flexible enough to adjust to the situation of the customer. Tremendously respectful atmosphere and delicious food. Easy check-in, good hygiene standards!

Unfortunately there is no parking lot for(in the Hotel. It took us 20 min to find a parking near the Hotel. During my check-out unfortunately there computer/system was not working and because of this they could not give me my Business receipt for the stay immediately. I received the business receipt many many many hours later.

First time I've used this hotel and will definitely use again, Everyone was Helpful and friendly, The Room was Amazing with plenty of Room. It has a Bar with a Menu. Nice Atmosphere. Obviously it's New and Expected a few Problems there wasn't Any . Breakfast was Great with a Varied Choice . If your a Traveller it's ideal , Train Station is next door and it's well Soundproofed. Paderborn definitely need this and will Compete with the other Hotels in the area but has the Advantage of the Railway Station next door. Enjoyed my Stay.

This is the Second time I've used Inter City and Won't be the Last . The Staff are Friendly and Helpful, The Room was Very Good and Nice design . The Breakfast was Varied and Plentiful and was Very Nice.. Next to the Railway Station it's a Great place to start a Journey.

The Breakfast area and Restaurant/ Bar are Combined it really is big great design however seems to have difficulty attracting Guests ? No Food on Menu one Night though the Voucher Scheme is Good.

It's literally on top of the HBF, so it has a convenient location. Check-in and check-out were reasonably straightforward. Breakfast was okay but not superb.

I would say the price-to-performance ratio is not so excellent. There are no parking options for cars. They don't have a gym or other entertaining facilities except a restaurant/bar. I would say the room itself is pretty basic and has the HBf train view :)

Ideally situated for the town centre to be able to walk in. Ideal for public transport to anywhere inc the airport. Though it backed on to the rail station and fronted the main road there was no noise at all, although could do with blackout curtain as street lights were bright. Very comfortable and very clean.

The shower when we used it flooded the bathroom.

great hotel and service, bar had zero ambience but hey its a hotel, could've done with being open more often

terrible location, i mean it's great and handy with the train station and everything but it's so rough. the nicer part of town is 15 mins ish on foot away tbh the option are fairly limited in Paderborn anyway, most other cirty hotels i think looked pretty tired and jaded.

Really great location, right by the train station, the windows look out over the train line at the rear but are quadruple glazed so don't hear a sound when closed. Really modern clean finish in the rooms. Small fridge also very useful. Easy access to city centre. Great value for money.

No kettle in room but found me one on request.

Almost everything was perfect! Clean, nice rooms, nice beds, nice lightning. Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good.

First of all: It was a great stay! Everything was fine, just one thing I noticed, which is probably due to the new opening of the hotel, is that the wifi is not working nicely in some rooms. (My case: 5th floor.) I am sure, this will change soon!

Very nice, clean, comfortable room in new hotel with good wifi. Very reasonably priced (Ascension Day), and good breakfast included. Very convenient for trains, as in same building as the station, and easy walk to shops/etc in town centre. Large town map drawn on one wall of the room - an excellent idea - every hotel should have one!

Quilt rather too heavy for the outside temperature. Otherwise, no complaints.
