Location was good, we could walk into Paderborn easily. It was far enough away from the centre that we weren't bothered by the festival noise!

The drilling at 8.15 every morning. It woke me up every morning. Also, tea and coffee making facilities would have been great particularly as we couldn't get coffee from the bar.

Location was good. Breakfast was pretty good as was the choice. Main meal not so. Staff were excellent and really helpful.

The only negative was the door card issue which started off as intermittent and despite reprogramming it failed completely on the last morning which delayed us by about an hour for departure as we couldn't gain access at all. Repair man came and eventually gained access but it appeared to be a whole new mechanism required and we left him to work on it once we did get inside the room to pack and leave. Luckily we were driving so no major issues time wise and the staff were really helpful and considerate. These things happen though!

A very nice hotel at a great location. Easy to find and just a short, nice walk through the park along the Pader to the centre of the town. The hotel looks nice, warm and modern. Staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast is very complete and well looked after by the staff. Even at very busy moments during the weekend they look every few minutes if everything is still well stocked.

Everything, we had a fantastic time. The room was beautiful, clean and had lots of room. Excellent charging facilities and a great coffee machine. Hair dryer was also very good. The two ladies that worked in the bar were also amazing, friendly and attentive.

The beds were comfortable. Nice touch with the dog bowls and blanket. Staff in the bar very pleasant.

Coffee pods not replaced until Tues and the coffee cups not replaced at all. No English speaking TV Channels other than the French news

Convenient, modern and friendly place. nice rooms and thoughtful details like a bottle of water in the room which you could have renewed by hanging a sign on your door.

The only thing I could say is the missing electric outlets next to one sid of the bed (like it happens in many hotels) and the slippery shower surface, but that’s also a German thing, when a place has a shower like the type it was.

Friendly Staff....easy to get around the city...tasty breakfast.

Location, cleanliness

Had the same drinking glasses throughout our stay. 4 nights. Would have liked them changed every day. Paid for 4 night’s parking but for 2 nights they didn’t have parking spaces.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were professional.

You have to pay €18/day for using the car park. This isn’t included in the cost of the room.

Location is a little out of the town, but accessible via a very pleasant park, alongside a river.

Bar menu could have been a little more varied
