Staff on reception when we arrived and checked out were friendly, efficient, spoke great English (my German is not very good!) and very well organised. I would have no hesitation recommending the Holiday Inn Express Neunkirchen as a place to stay.

Everything was great - we stayed only one night, passing by the region, and it was perfect. All staff are super friendly, all very clean, the room very comfortable - even more than what we needed! - and great value for money!

easy check inn, nice and complete breakfast. Well layout of the room. Bathroom with sufficient ventilation. Parking right in front of the entrance.

I ordered a double bed. The bed was really very small (1.4m wide), and more important; the cover was way too small. There was only towels for 1 person in the bathroom. So... this was clearly not meant for 2 persons, but for 1. This should have been better. I slept 'ok', however my spouse did not, because of the small bed cover she was cold.

Complete and very good quality breakfast. Room space as standard Holiday Inn and perfectly clean and silent. Bed quality perfect. All what you need when business or short private travel.

The staff were very welcoming and the room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection of food. There was free onsite parking and a kettle in the room.

Not keen on the wet room bathroom.

Hotel is fine for business purposes. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is continental. Nothing special, no hot stuff. It was good to find fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.

Everything was perfect! We were extremely happy with the cleanliness of the room and the size.

It was new and very clean and comfortable. There was parking outside the hotel. It was a good location on the outskirts of town but easy to walk into the centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing.

A very nice hotel with good car parking. Excellent facilities. Lovely Stumms Brauhaus 5 minute walk and well worth a visit.

It was just perfect for our one night trip, clean, comfortable, good breakfast and I got to meet the manager of the hotel who was very nice and attentive checking if all the facilities were proper.
