The Crystal hotel is very clean with very good beds and modern bathroom. The staff ( reception, breakfast, manager) are all very polite, friendly and service oriented. The breakfast is of very good quality for its price. Excellent price value relationship. There is sufficient parking, even inside.

The area is rather industrial but it is not far from the city center.

I was recommended a stay at Hotel Crystal by friends, who had visited the hotel previously. From reception at arrival late in the evening to departure everyone was friendly and helpful - even understanding my feeble attempts at german :) Having a single room, the bathroom was integrated in the room making it very spacious, but a different experience than usual.

I probably would have preferred a closed off bathroom, but this was a minor thing and not an inconvenience at all.

the room was very well equiped and clean. The surprise was however that I got glutenfree bread and lactose free milk during my breakfast as I had mentioned this when arriving in the hotel. On top I got a a closed garage to park my convertible car.

all was fine.

The staff are friendly, the hotel is modern and the beds are comfortable. Nothing bad to say about our stay! The breakfast buffet is also one of the best we’ve ever had. Definitely try the Italian restaurant next to the hotel, it is fantastic and the service is amazing. We love this hotel!

We booked a room in the new part of the hotel. Precious garden is accessible from the room. Our room was big and well equipped. Location is good as we were attending a festival in E-Werk, accessible walking (15 mins)

Everything was great! Tarik was amazing and waited for us until 2am due to our delays on the motorway. He communicated with us all along and told us not to worry about arriving so late, he waited no matter. My daughter had a saying too ‘Tarik will go down in history as a legend for his service’ Thank you 😊

Great breakfast, super comfy rooms and good location. We were going to the Saarlandhalle and it's only a 6 minute drive away. Also, we went out for dinner and the city centre is within walking distances. Great value for money :)

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel.

I thought the breakfast was a little expensive but found a nice option in the centre. Other than that amazing. Had to pay extra for parking across the road.

Excellent hotel very close to the Munich to Calais motorway. Great for an overnight stop.

I was recommended to dine in the Italian Restaurant which turned out to be not part of the hotel. Whilst the food was good it was perhaps a little too pretentious and expensive for a traveller wishing a quick light meal after a long car journey. Furthermore there was no menu available and despite asked for a glass of wine I was presented with a bottle……However I would use the hotel again and would recommend it.

The hotel is really nice. I love staying at independent hotels rather than chains. the room was exceptional nice decor comfortable and clean. I’d definitely book again.

Price was a bit high for my budget. Saying that it doesn’t mean the hotel isn’t worth the price.
