Lots of light for both relaxing and for work, extra pillows, rain shower, a bathroom surface large enough to empty two toiletry bags on, a kettle with coffee and tea. The staff was friendly and didn't make a fuss out of special requests. Changes to my original booking could be made flexibly. Thank you! The drinks menu was surprisingly cheap. There's no staffed restaurant in this hotel, but you can order pizza/pinsa/Flammkuchen. Location wise there's nothing next door, but you don't have to walk far for groceries or fast food. There were construction works at the time of our visit. Google Maps didn't show these and we ended up walking a looong way round. Next time we'll know to just head from the central station straight down the main shopping street and turn right.

There are roads on either side of the hotel. Even though the windows are sound proofed you'll hear the trams at all times. Keep this in mind if it bothers you (but it was never noisy). For us it was fine.

We stayed here on our return journey from Switzerland to the Netherlands, and it was a great choice for our family of four. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed that fit all of us, and ambient lighting added a cozy touch. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stopover for families!

The only small inconvenience was that parking within the hotel premises was full, so we had to use a nearby parking area about 200 meters away. It wasn’t a major issue, but having on-site parking would have made things even smoother

Holy sh*t this room was AMAZING. The black and purple color scheme is actually our favorite with my partner lol and there was also a lilac led strip behind the bed frame, so cool. There were FOUR big mirrors in our room, one with round lighting to do makeup! The beds were great too, finally not too soft, and the bathroom exceptionally clean. The room was cool and the curtains really did block all the light. We also had a little kettle, tea and coffee and sugar too, even though we didn't ask for breakfast. Thanks!

Unfortunately there were not enough parking spaces in the place's own garage, so we had to leave our car just on the street. It wasn't really clear if there was ever going to be a free place or if it had to be booked beforehand somehow. I booked the room 9 months in advance, I would have booked the parking space too with it if I'd known it fills up so quickly ?

It is clean and nice.

The door of the shower was a little lose, when my son tried to open the door a screw fall down and the door almost felt as well; it was dangerous as it is make of glass. My son was able to hold the door and put the screw in its place. In the check out I told a guy about the situation but no sure if he understood properly as his English was limited. Or maybe he did not care about it at all. Hope he made the report so that door could me fixed properly.

Very clean room, excellent noise insulation, comfortable bedding, very helpful staff. Excellent water pressure :) Rooms look recently refurbished, good use of space. Good wifi.

Despite the name being “Congresshalle”, the other Premier Inn is closer to the events center. The area seems safe, although quite… picturesque in terms of the people one sees in the street. No wardrobe or any shelves to put your clothes, just hangers. For a three day stay is fine to use the suitcase as storage, but it could be problematic for longer stays.

The rooms were very neat and tidy, the black out curtains worked great and we were not woken up prematurely by the sun! No complaints about the beds either, they're really comfortable. The food options at the hotel were a nice addition, it's always good to have a backup food option when you're in another country (especially if you're a picky eater)

The shower temperature was inconsistent, enough for it to be uncomfortable (Bathroom itself was great though). The staff, although nice, were not always great at speaking English which made communication difficult at times. The parking garage is really tight and it was a challenge parking our normal sized Volkswagen Golf at times.

The rooms wrre cozy and clean, bathrooms were clean as well, with good pressure of hot water. The lighting is evenly distributed accross the room. Sheets are clean and the extra pillows option is great for poeple who don't like one flat pillow. Well, for the price it is only fair to say, it was great value for money versus quality. The staff are super nice and helpful, at all times. I like that they have a lounge with coffee and drinks, with a variety of seating options.

Everything. Big room, bathroom that looks like nobody had ever used it. Everything clean. Quiet room. Excellent breakfast, unforfettable yoghurt with cerials and wild berries sauce 😋

The 16e/day parking is not included in the price 😒 Absolutely HATED the fact that i had to speak to a robot when i phoned. Robots should speak to robots, humans to humans. I have NI (natural intelligence) and don't want to talk to AI.

Really nice rooms, bar, bathroom and desk in the room. Good bed and really nice friendly staff. Breakfast all I could want.

Breakfast: all ok exept the quality of the fruit juice, missed body and taste. Rooms: perfect and clean, just the ventilation in the bathroom was rather loud and could not be shut down so disturbing sound all night ... If the bathroom door could be left opened with something of a hook that might be a solution to get the moist of the shower out and the ventilation quiet. Reception desk: check-in in every Premier Inn really takes too long, it seems all of the details still need to be looked in before check-in can be arranged. My colleagues actually want to switch hotels because of that reason.

This is a very comfortable hotel. It is conveniently located a short walk from the station and the main shopping street, Bahnhofstrasse. There is a laundromat just a few minutes away in Triererstrasse. The hotel room is a good size, the bed is super comfortable, and the shower is always hot! We chose the breakfast option which is a bit pricey but very varied and comfortable. It was so convenient to have a bar downstairs. We slept really well each night.

I thought the bathroom could have been warmer. We arrived just as the weather turned cold so maybe the hotel heating just hadn’t been adjusted yet.
