great price quality, breakfast was amazing nice bed however it was advertised that there was a gym and this was not the case

Here on bookings was advertised that there was a gym, and this was not the case (at least the woman at the checkin desk told me there wasn t) The woman at the lobby could have been more friendly . nothing out of the ordinary but a smile , a greet or a bye would have been a nice start (instead of ignoring me when i was standing at her at the desk (i didn t interrupt because she was on the phone), but interrupted her call for the people that came after me (although still on the phone, while still ignoring me ). might be a detail , but a welcome feeling or receiving the opposite makes a difference when it comes to hotels.

This was "just" a transit hotel for us on the way home from the Mountains, but was much more! Fantastic room (mini suite), sofa bed and babycot were all made up ready for us on arrival which was fantastic, and daughter loved the Haribo treats left for her. Hotel bar was fun with a very accomplished barman making some cocktail works of art. Breakfast was your regular fantastic and huge German spread!

The room was spacious and comfortable but rather hot with no A/C. The bed was fine. Breakfast was quite extensive. Staff were very accommodating, even walking out on the street with me to show me where I could pay for parking (the hotel garage was full). The location is close to the main town pedestrian area (restaurants etc.) but we can recommend the Pizza place next door. Good food; great value and service.

The pillows were poor but I guess that's a personal choice

The hotel exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The location was absolutely perfect, and only a 15 minute walk from the train station. The rooms were clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in a hotel in Germany!

The receptionist was a very friendly, helpful and amicable dude. I really loved the personal way he welcomed me and stored my bike. The breakfast was extraordinary. Great coffee and many food items to choose from. I was trying to lose some weight. That had to wait another day :p The room was basic but comfortable and very clean.

I would have liked a water cooker in my room for making decaf coffee. But that's all I can think of.

arrived by chance after a not-so-lucky experience with a different hotel, we were welcomed very warmly room is very big and comfortable very good location in the center of Saarbrucken, with private underground parking breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of food and very good quality

small details, but it’s strange to charge full parking price to a motorbike (normally it is 50%) plus the wine bar seemed unattended. we would have taken a glass of wine but did not have the impression the service was ‘on’. otherwise I would certainly go back

the wi fi stopped working for me on the 2nd day , as it also did for some staff members. I hope that this is resolved by the time that I return in may.

Great location close to the central square with many good restaurants around. Super quick check-in and check-out. Underground parking facilities at a small extra charge. No fuzz, very easy-peasy. Great breakfast with fresh orange juice à volonté. Nice intimate atmosphere. Free cot for our child!

Nothing that was worth remembering.

Everything. Bar with great beer,breakafast , room, underground car park.2 minute walk to the town and Garage music venue. Great bars and restaurants.

Excellent breakfast. The rooms were quite compact but clean.

There was some noise coming from other rooms, and having a small gym would be great.
