Central location, very easy to get to. Indoor secure parking, although with only 24 places, but the staff was extremely helpful, special thanks to Mohsin, and found a solution for me. The room and bathroom were very clean, really spotless, although I could see that some previous guests were not very careful with the use during their stay (curtains were torn and with spots on several places). The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were soft, but not too much, and offered enough and comfortable support. The breakfast was standard for German hotels, tasty, fresh and plentiful, the staff there were attentive and friendly. The parking was €16 and breakfast was €17 (kids under 16 years eat for free).

Really everything was great, more than what you can expect from a €64/night hotel.

Nice hotel just 3 mins away from the Saarbrucken HBF (Central Railroad Station). Shopping street right next to the corner, lots of restaurants, shops and walking areas nearby. Location is probably the best thing about this hotel. Nice staff, quick check-in/check-out procedure. Fair breakfast for short-term stays. The room family/tripple room was cozy in terms of design (literally, 2 rooms, great bathroom, 2 TVs with a fine selection of channels). We had a view in the inner court as we've asked for a quiet room.

Unfortunately, soundproofing from the corridor side was absolutely terrible: people walking next to your door, slapping their own doors, even just talking - everything was like happening next to you and there was no way to reduce this noise... It was a major dissapointment as the door just seemed a cardboard toy rather than something isolating you from the outside. We've managed to sleep more or the less fine when there were less people in the hotel. The breakfast was fine in general but the menu remains the same all the time so it's OK for 2-3 days but you'll probably get tired of it if you stay for longer. Adding some pancakes and potato dishes might be a good idea.

Location of the hotel makes it highly practical to explore every part of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The lunch restaurant area is very charming with a veranda/conservatory in the middle of the building where natural light shines down through the glass roof. The staff is always kind and does not lack hospitality skills. Overall everything was good so we will definitely come back.

Bathroom missed a waterstrip on the cabin door. Excessive water flowed out during a shower BUT we were ofcourse effectively helped by having a new room allocated to us the same moment it was brought to the attention of the staff. Problem solving skills 10/10.

Good value for the money. Very close to the Train station - just a few minute walk away, which we managed with two big suitcases and backpacks. The location was also good for dinning options - we had dinner and breakfast in two different places super close. We stayed only for a night on our way to a different location, so we didn't visit the center, but it looks like it is also a short walk away. The staff was super nice.

One thing I can think of - The shower glass door was not closing well, but nothing too bad.

Centrally located, only 2 mins walk to the local pedestrianised area with loads of coffee bars and shops . Immaculately clean, mattresses very comfortable and staff is very friendly. Parking is available on demand until places lasts. Fully functional bar with lovely cocktails and warm welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was sufficient enough. We have paid extra at the property €16.90. We stayed on the 2nd floor and it was nice and quiet. No noise from the near by street or from other residents. Overall great value for money and great stay!

Shower was really small but didn’t ruin the overall great experience.

Parking was available, though expensive. Check in and check out was fast, the room was more spacious than expected and we loved the fact that there were proper pillows and one large duvet rather than the awful typical german style twin single blankets. There was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, also unusual for Germany. The location was excellent and breakfast had gluten free options.

It was a little loud at night, but nothing dramatic and totally worth it for the location. Our second set of towels was in the wardrobe but we found them before needing to contact reception.

Superb breakfast free of charge for kids (they went nuts), happy and helpful staff, clean and well presented rooms, easy to follow parking and entrance instructions. A truly example why these chain hotels provide a lot of value for the money, they set the bar for common sense. We stayed at both of their Saarbrucken locations, both were excellent. Even for our short stay, our family felt comfortable and safe.

Very connected location, very friendly international staff, modern and clean facilities. Just a few blocks from Hbf and public transportation.

It was almost perfect and great value for the price. The only tiny thing, I would include a minifridge, iron and tissues in the room. It is just a detail, the rest was great. Anyways, you can ask the reception for help. There was an issue with the booking reservation, they couldn't find it. Even though, I had booked it like 2 months in advance and had a number and code for the reservation. Thankfully they were able to solve it on the spot, they had free rooms.

Huge room, clean, very good shower and huge comfy bed. Decent bar and safe parking (if you can get in the garage) and amazing price.

Location not in the nicest part of town, and felt a little scruffy. Breakfast looked great but as we only wanted a coffee and pastry it wasn’t worth spending €15pp so just bobbed round the corner to a coffee shop.

The hotel room was very spacious, decorated at good standards; the room and bathroom were very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, helped me have a good night sleep. Because the trip was in July, having the air conditioning was a bonus, as it was quite warm outside. The hotel was very close to the city centre, where there were plenty of shops and places to eat.

I would prefer the room to have a minibar to keep a water bottle to cool down.
