Very nice staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast, very clean, good shower…No problems with bringing our dog…We were even allowed to bring him to the breakfast room. Usually my husband and I have to eat breakfast separately, so this was another plus for us.

Unfortunately there were noisy neighbours in a block of flats next to the hotel sitting on their balcony talking loudly at 3 in the morning.

Hotel Breakfast was excellent, massive choice of hot and cold food, and all very fresh and good quality. We ate at the 320 year old Steifel pub in the evening, very large interior, excellent food and service, and they brew their own beer on site (recommended). I parked on street outside, you can pay a few euros to the machine after 8pm the night before to cover a few morning hours after 8am.

Single pillow far too soft.

Great hotel after finding my usual hotel was sold out for the dates that I needed. I am glad that I was forced to try somewhere different which has enabled me to see other parts of town. Breakfast was plentiful and good with a basic seating area to eat it.

Unable to drive my car directly to the car park. Guests must check in first and then drive to the barrier and notify via intercom their room number to gain entry. I could do without the hassle of worrying about a car park attendant before checking in. Luckily there was a free spot on the road and I was able to check in quickly and then park my car in the secure parking lot.

It was very clean and comfortable, the airco was very useful in this time of the year. The staff was very friendly an helpful and the location was a good distance from the city/train station/castle

The shower drain did not drain the water very good so water was accumulating during showering every time

Breakfast was excellent, people were very friendly. The Hotel is only 5-10 min away from the city center by foot, and only 3 min by electric roller. Our room was a cheap one, clean, basic, for the money it was okay. We really loved to stay in the hotel, our original booking was for 5 nights, but we extended it with 2 nights with the help of the staff.

Pillow and mattress i did not liked, but it was okay when comparing to the stars of the hotel.

The breakfast provided a good range of food. However, unlike in recent years, we were a little disappointed not to see any of the typically German brown, seeded bread rolls. Otherwise everything was very tasty.

We would like to have had some typically German seeded wholemeal bread and bread rolls.

What I liked the most about my stay was with no doubt the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.

Staff are always welcoming. Rooms are comfortable with air conditioning. Great location for walking into town for shopping and restaurants. Look forward to staying again.

We have been staying here for over 15 years. Staff are amazing and it feels like home from home. Especially when my dear friend is on reception.just a short walk to town centre where there are wonderful restaurants and shops.

It was all wonderful.

Friendly, helpful staff. Secure underground parking for our motorcycles. Clean well proportioned rooms. Reasonable breakfast selection.

A fifteen minute walk across busy roads to get to the main square and most bars/restaurants. Would have preferred a little nearer but not a huge problem.
