Choice of food at the breakfast, also very tasty, very helpful staff, central location, underground car park, big room. I don't know how old is that hotel but all the facilities looks pretty new and well maintained.

First I've been located in the room 443, and some previous guests definitely smoked in that room, smell of cigarettes was too strong for me non smoker. I asked girl at the desk if it possible to swap, explained why and few minutes later I've been allocated to nice smelling, fresh room. Very helpful. Thank you.

We liked the bar on the 5th floor where we ate dinner and had relaxing drinks on 2 separate occasions. The staff there was great! We very much enjoyed the sauna which was free with the room. The location -at the rail station- was a treat! We just crossed the street and were at our hotel. There were convenient local businesses also, such as the Post Office and the bakery and a grocery.

We stayed one night at Innside by Melia in Wolfsburg at the end of a river cruise. We were delighted by the location, close to the river and directly opposite the railway station, where we would catch a train the next day. We were able to store our luggage in a secure place as we arrived very early, which we appreciated. There were some problems getting connected to the wifi, but we got there in the end. No coffee making facilities in the room, but an electric kettle was brought in at our request. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Would stay there again.

Not keen on the toilet room having no sink.

The location is great, easy to find, just on the other side of VW. The stuff is well trained, young, they speak understandable English and are for the most part polite. The hotel lobby and restaurant are ok, prices are normal (for this type of hotel). It is clean, the beds are comfortable (10/10), bathroom is clean, nothing to complain about. Breakfast is generous, with a wide variety of foods, coffee and fruit - 100% recommend to get breakfast included. This is our second stay at the hotel in the past 6 months - that alone should say a lot.

Wi-Fi is terrible in 2023 - 0.7Mb download, 0.4Mb upload (measured by https://www.speedtest.net/). For the room price, please upgrade the WI-FI because we are in 2023, internet is not something exquisite, but rather a banality, that all of us use everyday. Asking for 6 euro to speed up the internet to a 3Mb (measured by https://www.speedtest.net/) is just plain RUDE.

Perfect location, right opposite the station and a few minutes walk to Volkswagen and the town centre. Good quality, quiet room. Nice to have the gym and sauna. Excellent breakfast

Rooms & bed is comfortable. Shower is good. Payable Parking right next to it with wall boxes for loading BEV`s over night. Sky bar is helpful.

Location is most close to the main train station with access to Porsche street, which is also close. On that street there are several possibilities to for dinner. For hotel, nothing to complain. Everything as expected.

My room card was not coded properly to use the elevator, but this is really a minor issue. If INNSIDE wants to improve, it would be great to enhance the amount of free television channels. In these times of on-demand services like Netflix, Amazon and so on it is a little outdated.

The room was clean and spacious. Location is perfect just in 3 minutes from Central station and 5-10 minutes from Auto museum and Science museum.
